NEVER order anything from these scam artists! Take your money but never deliver. Can't speak to customer service as they don't have one. Can't track your delivery as it doesn't recognise the tracking number or carrier.

Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud. I contacted my bank and have them aware of this issue. However when I have tried to contact Wowcher to make them aware I am having absolutely no communication at all. There is no phone number to call the only way of contacting them is through WhatsApp which they are not responding to me.

I wish I could give Wowcher 0 stars.
Quite honestly the worst experience I ever had buying from these thieves.
I purchased a electric sports massage machine from Wowcher, after one months it went faulty.
After trying numerous times and failing to get any response from Wowcher, I contacted the manufacturer. The Chinese company told me to contact Wowcher, Wowcher never ever responded to my complaints.

In case you have not been following my reviews about scam gang, Wowcher, Cloud9, and Paypal, lost £21 to Wowcher in April then they took a further £4.99 for their VIP club, or should it be VIPER, as they are just a bunch of snakes, after sending X Rated emails, got the £4.99 refunded and a credit for £15 part of the loss in April, ordered some pillows from Cloud9. Got an email from Evri on the 9th NOV with supposed tracking number, and had been collected, expect NON EXISTANT parcel and with NON EXISTANT tracking number on the 11th NOV. Six days later, must have been really CLOUDY9 because no one has seen it, I have given up.

After buying a Spotify voucher and going through various pages to get it (misleading as once you get it, comes up redeemed) voucher for the 12 months Does NOT work and info@wowcher ad per their website is not live and emails come back undeliverable
So I will now never buy from this company! Big scam and will pursue refund now via my bank!!

I reviewed this company in May and thought my concerns had been sorted out but after cancelling my inadvertently bought subscription my problems have reared their ugly head again. My bank agreed to block any further requests from Wowcher to take £4.99 from my account but Wowcher took another (cancelled) subscription payment from my account yesterday. Barclays have reimbursed me but say they cannot stop these payment requests until I contact the company AGAIN to cancel the already cancelled subscription oce more. This company is not to be trusted, once they have your bank details they keep trying to dip into your account. I do not have the energy to try to contact this elusive company again as it took hours to do so before. I thought they had resolved the problem but it seems not. Sadly I feel it is safer NEVER to use this company in the first place. I have learnt my lesson.

I bought an Apple Watch Series 4, I noticed I was over charged £100, I paid postage £9.99 and voucher protection which I never received for I paid £9.99. I didn’t like ithe watch, I returned it, I paid £4 00 more for postage .so you can imagine how this company could steal from its clients. I have not received my refund back.

Don’t be tempted. Read all the small print. This sails very very close to scam

I have never come across a more complicated way to buy an item.
I ordered 3 garden benches and what I thought had paid for them only to be bombarded with "Redeem you voucher now" to "Your voucher is about to expire" you click on extend voucher only to be charged an extra £24 to the £39 you have already paid to redeem your voucher's to complete the sale. Thier customer service is dreadful.
Avoid at all costs I will never use them again

I ordered a lap top on 9/11/2025 and paid for next day delivery we are now four days late, no communication, even though Wowcher says they have, they only wrote to say wait 72 hours!!! well I have and nothing they have not contacted me since despite messaging them, and still no refund of the next day delivery.
Wowcher take your money and then do not deliver and treat customers with contempt
Beware of this company and look else where.

Please be aware when you write a review. Wowcher will respond with sorry to hear this and please give us the information so we can help. This is false. I have been given them the information for weeks on Facebook messenger, what’s app and resolver. They respond with wait 72 hours and then you wait and hear nothing and now the are ignoring my messages.
I will keep you all updated when the finally respond. I sent loads of pics, videos of the bed and mattress with how bad quality it is. If you go on Facebook and read the scam reviews you can see how the company they use stores the beds and it’s shocking. Wowcher have all the information. Please don’t buy from the company. Wowcher have been aware for a long time at the quality of the beds and complaints from customer with cloud9 mattress is there supplier. Please search cloud9 mattress on here. Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves. I will keep going with his until I get a full refund and my delivery charge refunded too.

I ordered pillows off wowcher (Cloud9living) supposed to be here by 31.10.2025 still havent received them 13.11.2025 emailed supplier no reply..Do not order from this company quick enough to take your money out of your bank..Does anyone know how i get my refund and postage back.

this has become what i can only describe as a cheap version of other sites selling poor quality products without the ability to leave reviews or comments or get refunds. my advice is search the product online before and avoid disappointment. ill admit i got suckered in. lesson learned

I have been trying to arrange a refund which was supposed to be a simple procedure for a number of weeks. Despite contacting customer service at least six times, despite leaving a negative review for you and being told that the dedicated team would resolve it for me in 24 hours, despite going through the whole rigmarole about 6 times again on WhatsApp, despite trying to raise a complaint on a number of times and being absolutely 100% ignored, I'm still left without any customer support, plus a significant amount of money out of pocket. This company should be investigated by a regulatory body as it's practices are in my view illegal. There must be a required duty of care and due diligence. Surely a company can't blatantly ignore their own error, and poor customer experience or fail to address complaints in the UK? It's absolutely astonishing. It is the worst experience I've ever had to say the least. Even having the cheek to respond to a negative review and saying they will have it sorted in 24 hours, and not doing anything, it's infuriating. I had a WhatsApp thread this morning that started the whole thing over again. CAN YOU RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW AND TELL ME CLEARLY WHAT YOUR COMPLAINT PROCESS IS. PLEASE AVOID TELLING ME THAT THIS HAS BEEN PASSED TO THE DEDICATED TEAM BECAUSE THE DEDICATED TEAM HAVE DONE NOTHING AND I'VE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT.

Was scammed with a Spotify deal. It never materialised and I am struggling to get a refund from Wowcher. Stay away, it's a scam.

Company is rude & unprofessional complete scam I recorded them hanging up on me telling me no one can book my holiday but someone who is off work with personal issues chasing trying to book the holiday they said because it is now last minute (4 days before I was supposed to fly) the Hilton hotel wasn’t available or any reasonable flight times to have two days in Prague which would mean arriving late at night and leaving very early morning told me I would have to pay another £195 per person to book the Hilton even though it was advertised on the voucher complete scam
Told me I can’t have a refund and after reading all the other bad reviews I ended up paying an extra £190 to upgrade not to waste all the money I already spent and wasted a whole day upset and stressed over the experience.
The holiday makers are a complete scam, told I wasn’t contacted as the person assigned to my holiday was off due to personal issues ignored many emails and calls spent all day going round in circles I feel totally ripped off and stressed over the whole experience and to top it off there’s no way to speak to anyone on the phone from Wowcher

Stay away - Advent Calendar is a clear rip off. The printing on the advent calendar is blurry and it is full of tat. £14.99 for a prodytha probably cost 99p. I’m more angry at myself for falling for it.

Awful. Voucher scheme not clearly explained. I am in 70 's and confused. Quick enough to take money

Purchased what I thought was a genuine Spotify Premium discount code. Turns out it was actually a third-party Spotify account which came with its own GMail account email address to sign in with! I only realised this when I tried to redeem the code on Spotify. I contacted them and they told me it was a third-party account that I had bought, and strongly advised me against using it.

Obviously I am not going to use an account with a dodgy GMail address that in reality I have no control over.

Currently struggling to get Wowcher to refund. Would definitely advise others not to buy from Wowcher.

As the saying goes, if a deal looks to good to be true, then it probably is too good to be true.
