I have booked a flight and these people ask for extra amount saying the tickets were not available so you have to move to standard and they confirm the destination with out letting you know and keep return journey on hold and ask for extra amount to pay. They also mention for full review only if calls and emails were not replied. If you reply they will not give you full refund.

Booking Uncertainty and Unexpected Additional Charges
I was initially pleased to find a competitive fare and the booking process was straightforward. Unfortunately, the experience changed after I completed my booking.
After paying, I was contacted and informed that the fare had increased and that I would need to pay more before my ticket could be issued. I then waited two days for my e-ticket, but it never arrived.
The only positive part of my experience was Aamera from customer service. She was polite, friendly and professional throughout. However, instead of helping to resolve the issue, the focus was on encouraging me to pay the higher fare.
As I needed certainty for my travel plans, I decided to cancel the booking and book the same flights through Expedia. Even though Expedia was slightly more expensive than the original advertised fare, it was still cheaper than paying the additional amount requested, and my e-ticket was issued promptly.
I appreciate Aamera's courteous manner, but the overall experience left me disappointed. Customers should have confidence that once a booking is accepted, they will either receive their ticket promptly or be clearly informed of any issues before payment is taken.

This company has been holding my refund for the 3rd week. I’m yet to get my money. They are supposed to refund me after finding out the date I chose was not the date they booked. They told me I will get my money in the next 5 working days. These are criminals and I will do everything possible to get my money back!

Beware of fake online prices
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this company.
I found what appeared to be a great flight price on their website and paid for it in full. However, a few hours later I received a call from one of their agents telling me that the fare had "changed" and that I would need to pay more money to secure the booking.
When I declined and requested a refund, the process became unnecessarily difficult. Rather than issuing the refund promptly, I felt they were reluctant to process it. After repeatedly asking for my money back, I was eventually told it would take 5 working days.
It has now been 10 days, and the refund still hasn't appeared on my credit card.
After sharing my experience, I discovered that a number of other customers have reported the same issue, which is very concerning.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Absolute Scam – Avoid This Dodgy Agency at All Costs!
Do not trust this company. I booked a flight and paid for my ticket in full. After taking my money, they called me back to claim my return flight was suddenly on a "waiting list." They then demanded more money just to secure my seat.When I refused and demanded a cancellation and a full refund, the nightmare escalated. I have been calling them every single day. Every time I call, they lie and tell me the refund will arrive in "five working days," but the money never shows up. They are completely unreliable, unprofessional, and dodgy.It is shocking that a comparison website like Momondo associates with agencies like this. Dealing with this company will only give you high blood pressure and stress over your own hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and never book through them!

Good service.
I booked a flight from Manchester to Sylhet for £701.40. I got a call the next day requesting £38 more which I refused to pay and requested a refund if they could not honour this price as it was same/similar prices with other providers. I was happy to pay more that £38 with a different provider just out of principal. I was dealing with Rahul & Raj, who went and checked and ended up honouring this price.

Do not buy your tickets from this company. They are completely dodgy and untrustworthy. I reserved my tickets and paid, but then they started playing games with me. First, they claimed my booking was on a waiting list, and then they told me the price had gone up. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not refunded my money. I am still chasing them for a full refund. Please beware and save your money—do not buy your tickets here.

I would never recommend this travel company based on my experience.
I booked my flight through the Cheap Flights website, but my booking was handled by this company. About two hours after booking, I received a call saying that my reservation had not been confirmed.
After waiting for a week, I finally received an email confirming my ticket. However, I was then asked to pay an additional amount to complete the booking, which was very disappointing.
I contacted them several times to ask about a refund and to understand my options, but I received no response. Now I am stuck because any changes to my booking have to be made through this travel agency, and I cannot manage the booking directly with the airline.
The lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable travel booking service.

Just used this company for my trip from the UK to Dubai , They were the cheapest on the search engine , at first I dealt with Sherry who quickly called me to say the price on search engine couldn't be matched , the price had increased by £40 , wasn't a problem as I was flying Gulf Air via Bahrain. Direct to Dubai with Emirates was still £300 more so still a good deal . Boxed off the payment & Sherry told me I would have my E Ticket in 24-48hrs , 48hrs passed & I had nothing so called up the office, another agent called Bhanva answered instantly , she told me the e ticket was sent earlier in the day , we figured out quickly after another attempt to send that it was my work email bouncing the e ticket , so asked Bhanva to forward again to my personal & there it was in seconds, great customer service, soon as I got my ticket I could log straight into Gulf Air App & everything was there for me ready to check in buy seats etc . Thanks for a great service , will not hesitate to use you guys again. Arrived back to UK this morning . All in a great trip . 👍
