Terrible company, they show lower prices than all other online travel booking sites but cant honour them. Take payment but don't issue a PNR from the airlines. After booking 2 days later they call me and say the ticket price has changed and they cannot confirm booking with airline and have to 2 choices of paying more money for higher class or a “refund” that would come later. Its been a week and refund has not arrived. Likely have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

"I want to say a huge thank you to Semmi - she is such a lovely, caring and professional lady. I needed to change my flight plans and she helped me every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, worked hard to get the best arrangement for me, and was so patient and kind through the whole process. She made what could have been stressful completely easy and stress-free.

The flexible ticket was not a flexibale…
The flexible tickets were not flexible tickets and paying a lot of money and airline penalties just because they are economy tickets and the lady of the customer service advised me clearly over the phone that economy tickets are not flexible although I paid £100 to be flexible tickets.
I feel it is all Fraud and not happy with the service.
Dear world Tour , I paid £625 for the initial ticket and £100 for flexible tickets and ended up paying £799 to change the tickets to non busy period and when I checked cheap flight app , I figured out that I should be paying £290 to change the tickets and not £799. I was not CC’d in the communication with airlines and I didn’t receive any clarification why I’m paying £799.
When I asked for refund for the first ticket, I was advised that I would get only £204 and lose £ 521 from the ticket price.
All Fraud about the price of the flexible ticket and actually I paid £100 for nothing.
