Customer service the one who called me to assist her name Bhavana Dutt she is very clean to explain each and everything

If I could give 0 starts I would. Terrible experience, after booking 2 days later they call me and say the ticket price has changed and they cannot confirm booking with airline and have to 2 choices of paying more money for higher class or a “refund” that would come in 5 working days.

DO NOT USE THEM.

I want to show my gratitude to Bhavna or Layla who was the agent who assisted me with the seat change and the alternative booking’s after l had booked my flight. I would definitely recommend this Company to my friends as they are professional . Now waiting for my travelling date in December

Con artists. Prices look cheap at first but will ask you for more money once paid. The representative will state that they "haven't updated the prices in a while" bullshit. You'll end up paying for more than the flights in the official websites.

Bhavna was very helpful in making sure we have received the e-tickets and she is available anytime to sort out any issues.

I am really appreciative of the prompt assistance and efforts Pallavi put in resolving my case. She showed professionalism and communicated well with me throughout the difficult moment. I used World Tour Store for ticket from London to Manilla. There were problems with my first choice of Airline, but Rahul Ahuja worked on a replacement for me well into the evening. Then made an alteration for me, when I realised that the connection time was going to be very tight on the return.

Very good follow up service from the customer service team of Semmi Makan and Bhavna Dutt, to ensure that all was correct before I started my travel.

Took our booking and took payment, only to say that the flight booked wasn't available. They then tried to swap it for a different flight or get us to pay more for a Flexi ticket.

I have purchased Emirates Flight Tickets from World Tour Store this week.

I searched my long haul flights via Cheapflights, and World Tour Store was listed with the best price and duration.
After I booked the tickets, I didn’t get confirmation immediately, I received a phone call from Jahid advising me that the price I’ve paid was no longer available, I’ll have to pay a few hundred pounds more to get it. Then I asked him to cancel the payment, and I’ll book a different tickets with different date and route listed from Skyscanner, and the price is also good.
Javid immediately looked for that flights, and contacted his manger to negotiate the price for me, at the end we made the deal.
The booking confirmation was emailed to me immediately, and I received the E-ticket 48 hours later by Soniya.
I’m very happy with the proficiency of their service, and will come back to look for flights in the future.
