The product is excellent and robust

The product is excellent and robust. However, it was far too much technology for me, I emailed for a refund and was pleasantly surprised that their customer service was as helpful as they were.

A Mistake In What I Ordered

I had an issue getting iCrowbar to recover the password for my file. As it turned out, I had the wrong license. Thanks to Woo Techy Customer Service Rep, Helios, all is well. He figured out the problem and changed the license I had to the correct license type for me. Helios provided me outstanding customer support!

NOT IMPRESSED - DISSOLVED DEC 2023. which would explain so much. The product did NOT work and instead of the 30-day trial with money-back guarantee, I had less than 30 minutes and then removed all traces of the software from my PC. Have asked for a refund in alignment with the T&C and still not had a confirmation I will receive it. Don't know or care how many staff work for this company, but the lack of response indicates it could be 1 man and his dog working from a garden shed. Would remind all those reading the impressive 4.4 review rating, that is a known fact staff write and submit ratings to push them higher. I suggest to all readers that the negative reviews are more accurate, and should be noted. Very unimpressed with the product and the response or lack of it. Be warned and be very aware. These companies take money from a debit card as a CPA or Continuous Payment Authority which are hard to cancel. I have been charged 3 times AFTER cancellation with some companies and think CPA payments should be banned. Don't be sucked in by the reviews as they could be false.
These people are masters at wasting time to cling to money. We have exchanged messages already many times. The product did NOT work. The way they drag things out pretending they are a multinational company and too busy to respond tells you all you need to know. This is a simple process of returning my money as STATED in the "30 Day Money back Guarantee but beware of that claim. I will check their accounts and see just how busy they are. Probably won't get away with posting here but I can on social media as these are available for anyone to research. Two Turkish Directors - UK address is claimed to be 17 King Edwards Road Ruislip London - NO ACCOUNTS have been submitted yet. So either a start-up operation operation or even more reason to be suspicious. This is a WARNING stay AWAY from this company. Just seen Woo Techy was struck off by Companies House and was dissolved in December 2023. STILL want to deal with them????

Did the job first time

Tried other software to move WhatsApp Business data from my iPhone to Samsung which was unsuccessful. I purchased WhatsMover and found it easy to use and did the job first time.

Topnotch customer service

I could not use the product but the customer service was excellent. Especially Teresa helped me explained me my options and I wanted to get refunded. She patiently helped me through it. Even though I could not use this product this time, I am inclined to use to in the near future. Good luck!

Feedback on Wotechi Vox2 Services

I am very satisfied with Wootechy VoxDo’s services, particularly the ability to download voice-overs. This feature allows me to use these voices in my animation projects, making characters come to life.

What sets Wootechy apart is that I can download the text-to-voice files and use them independently on other platforms, such as Canva. Unlike platforms like Vidnoz or Heygen, where the voices are restricted to their own system, Wootechy provides flexibility. It’s a huge advantage to have downloadable voices that I can also clone when needed.

Additionally, I appreciate the clarity and quality of the voices. It’s also convenient to find some avatar’s voices available on multiple platforms, which helps integrate my projects seamlessly.

I would also like to commend their customer service team for being interactive and responsive. Overall, Wootechy has been a reliable and enriching tool for my creative work.
