Dedicated Customer Service

Super-professional

Great tool for iPhone issues

After several hours on the phone with Apple Support, their only solution was to go to an Apple location, which was not an option for me. I googled third party tools to help with my issue, read the reviews for umendit and decided to give it a try. Solved the issue.
Customer support also great. Only issue was it set up for an auto-renewal for a monthly subscription, when I only needed the one time issue. Had to work with Customer Service, but they helped resolve it. Highly Recommend.

I wanted to upgrade my plan

I wanted to upgrade UnicTool — TailorGo plan that I’ve already purchased and used 2 weeks of it to a bigger plan, I contacted them and got connected to Julia! She was really helpful and very responsive. She helped me, gave me a refund for my older plan and even a discount coupon for my newer plan! I like the service and I really appreciate Julia’s help the most.
