Great service

I had a bit of a problem and had the hardest time trying to figure out how to resolve it, but I’m happy to say that after reaching out to customer service, Cindy was able to quickly find and correct the issue. I’ve always loved their products, and now I love their customer service too!

Problem with the software? DO NOT WORRY !!!

When a customer runs into a problem with a software purchased online, one of the first things he wants to hear when there's a problem with the operation of the software is reassurance, reassurance that whatever has gone wrong, your job from here on out is—not to worry. Our techs are extremely experienced and have seen every glitch there is. We'll find whatever's gone wrong. These things happen. That is the summary implied by the representative (Doris) I chatted with. She told me not to worry, that everything would be "OK." Just a few minutes later, every question I asked her got a response. And a few minutes after that, the program worked without a hitch. Whatever the malfunction was, those guys found it, solved it in the time it takes to solve a long division problem. The reassurance I got from Doris was well deserved. Everything, OK!

Had the somewhat mixed results using…

Had the somewhat mixed results using whatsmover products to try and restore cloud backup of WhatsApp to a new phone after the automatic restore inside of WhatsApp failed.
The wootechy app did not accomplish a restore either, so I requested a full refund.
My refund was 100%, and I can say that this company stands by its words.
Special thanks to the customer support agent Teresa for getting things sorted out.
Hopefully their app gets updated and the new version will be able to handle all the edge cases and assist people like me in getting a WhatsApp backup restored to a new phone.
