Scam deceptive pricing guidance no mention of a subscription until I was informed by Paypal. Tried to cancel within minutes after discovering I had been duped into a subscription.
Subscription hidden in multiple pages of legalese cost was disclosed by Paypal after signing up.
I don't want anything to do with a company that does business this way. And they wont refund my trial fee.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE SUBSCRIPTION. They will unknowingly charge you and REFUSE to give you your money back when requested when you have cancelled your subscription and not even used their app at all. Extremely frustrating. I never take the time to write reviews but after the mess I dealt with, I had to so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I disliked how most of the ways the app taught us to teach our puppy wasn’t the same between the demonstration and reality and how it only teaches a few things to then us having to pay for a subscription

I purchased a 4 week plan for $15
I purchased a 4 week plan for $15. It said nothing about being a trial period Then on March 23rd they billed me $38.95, I have no idea why, then turned around and billed me another $10 on March 24th. I am not happy, they have no customer service number, only communication is online, they claim to respond within 24 hours & that hasn’t happened I would not recommend this company
