I’ve just started using the app, but I’m very pleased so far. The content comes in easy, bite-size bits. I noticed big improvements in my dog’s behavior after just reviewing level 1. I love that you can include family members to help generalize the skills.

Paid for a 3 month subscription…
Paid for a 3 month subscription expecting it to run out. They automatically renewed it for the entire year for $94. Customer service said it was in the fine print. Fine, but at least warn me first. No email or message through the app. Nothing. Just yanked the money from my account. I did call customer service and all they did was offer me extra months of membership. Why would I extend a service that I did not want in the first place. This company is deceptive.

We’d like to clarify that the subscription terms, including the auto-renewal and billing cycle, are shown on the purchase screen before completing the payment. However, we absolutely understand your point, even when information is provided, it can feel unexpected without a clear reminder beforehand.
Regarding notifications, our system: like many subscription-based services it does not send separate renewal reminders, as the renewal occurs automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. That said, we hear your concern, and your feedback about adding clearer reminders is very valid and will be shared with our team.
We’re also sorry that the proposed extension did not feel like a helpful solution in your case. That was intended as a goodwill gesture, but we understand why it didn’t meet your needs.
We truly regret that your experience left you feeling this way, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

I was hesitant to get an app to train out new puppy but I gave it chance and I’m so happy I did!! Woofz is so easy to understand and easy to use! The training is so easy to follow and I really like that the training videos are short allowing you to train your puppy and yet getting back to real life day to day!

READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR BILLING PRACTICES.
They are deceptive in their billing. I just read over 30 reviews on different sites that say the same thing. I've experienced it first hand and will fight the charges. Don't deal with them. BUYER BEWARE
They responded below so I' editing my review to let others know the real story. They did come back and offer me to keep the subscription for 6 months but wanted to charge me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Read the reviews. All have the same scam theme.
They responded again to keep their response as if they were reputable. Please read all the reviews. I'm one of hundreds that can vouch for this scam. It is not clearly stated on billing or they wouldn't have so many complaints.
And again, you are reposting how you are transparent but all your reviews say you are not transparent. Quit trying to respond to my experience. The email you sent from support after posting, yet again, another apology. Stop responding.
And, yet again, you continue to try to post the last response stating you are reputable in how you do your billing. Anybody that does their research will see otherwise.

A wonderful resource when you have a new puppy
I appreciate the tailor-made training schedule that took into count the age and breed of my dog and my goals for training my dog. I also like the fact that the instructions are clear and non-judgmental and really encouraged me to treat my dog with patience and understanding. Each lesson comes with a predicted time for the dog to learn this and I think that has given me a much more realistic understanding of my dogs capacity to learn and where I should set my expectations. I much prefer this over looking at random YouTube videos or spending the time figuring it out myself.
