We are the largest regional practice of Chartered Surveyors. With five full time Chartered Surveyors, two highly regarded specialist consultants and a team of five in administration. If your survey includes a valuation, this will be done by a Registered Valuer. Range of services Our surveyors are predominantly BUILDING SURVEYORS and residential PROPERTY VALUERS. Much of our daily work is Residential Property either diagnosing defects, advising buyers with House and Flat Purchase Surveys and Valuations or property undergoing major refurbishment or building work. We also have a range of services for Commercial Property, including Schedules, specifications, special Condition Reports and of course full Building Surveys.

Kate Farrer carried out a full structural survey on our behalf and followed this up with a telephone conversation enabling us to ask lots of questions. We chose the full structural level 3 survey, which was a great choice and definitely worth the extra £. Kate F wrote a very thorough report. She identified a number of issues and indicated clearly where her advice to do something was strongly recommended. Delighted we chose Woodward.
