Fake website! based in Birmingham. they use different Watsapp number to confirm delivery. Ordered a single wardrobe with three draws, came down with 2 drawers then the delivery guy says he doesn’t know his boss loaded the van. Messaged the Woodall company, no response.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a Single wardrobe with 4 shelves and 1 rail. Received 1 shelf and no rail. Not in good condition also. Communication up to delivery was ok. Was promised next day for missing shelves and rail. Contacted them numerous times for delivery ETA, totally ignored my calls. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
THEY CAUSE SO MUCH STRESS THEN DONT EVEN DELIVER STAY AWAY!!!!

Ordered a £160 single door mirrored wardrobe. The delivery process was fractious from beginning to end. 1-2 days delivery anywhere in the UK it said. After 2 failed attempts (they kept bringing the wrong furniture), third time lucky I received it. The wardrobe is damaged and dirty, but that can be sorted, so not great but ok. It's obviously 2nd hand - least of my worries.

Payment was agreed up front - £160 for the wardrobe, payment transfer on delivery, so I was surprised when they asked me for cash. Said I didn't have cash, sorry. They also wanted £10 'Delivery Tax' so I said no to the delivery charge. They offered to take me to a cash point - I said 'hell no!' They got 'The boss' on the phone who told me to 'Do as I was told Darling' I said no. This went on and on, and they would not leave my home. I was starting to feel anxious, just saying that I just wanted to pay the agreed £160 fee, and they just stayed there waiting. They were blocking my path and I couldn't get out. It was that moment my dog chose to run away! I'm dog sitting - it's not my dog, and he's a posh breed, this little Pomeranian, I panicked. Told them both I had to find the dog and it was the perfect opportunity to get them to leave. One of them left, but the other one was still loitering in my garden flat and I had to scream at him to get out - he looked so offended (which I find incredible), but he finally moved. I locked the gate, found the dog halfway down the road surrounded by my neighbours - they had caught the dog and I was able to tell them very quickly that I was having a bit of trouble.

Outcome of the story: The dog was safe, I was safe and the neighbours told these fellas to take the agreed £160 price and buzz off. I had to do a pressure bank transfer in front of everyone and then they wanted to take a screenshot of my bank account on my phone! No, I don't think so... Neighbours told them to go.

I thanked the neighbours that, until that day I never knew I had a community, all I can say is thank God for them.

I carried the dog home and we sat in the garden and I cuddled him and cried, I never want to be made to feel that way in my own home again. It's only because of the dog that I got out of that situation. I'm not sentimental, or particularly spiritual, but I swear to God I reckon that dog knew I was in trouble.

I ordered a double divan and a wardrobe set on one order but the items arrived separately, several hours apart. Chose at time of ordering to pay by bank transfer but they demanded cash on delivery for the bed which, when unwrapped, was dirty and in poor condition. When the wardrobe set arrived (after 8pm), the driver's mate demanded a tip! Paid by bank transfer but the following morning I received a very rude phone call from them demanding that I send them a confirmation of the transfer! Since then, they have not responded to any of my messages, one of which was requesting assembly instructions for the wardrobe.

Don't be fooled by the glossy website. The products are quite clearly seconds and, once delivered, I doubt very much that anything can be done with regard to refunds/returns as they won't respond to calls or messages.

Awful company avoid. Ordered a divan bed with four drawers . Cash on delivery . They bring a two drawer bed. Ring and tell them and they block the number . So messaged from another phone asking about buying a bed .. answered immediately . Told them who I was and the bed was wrong . They said to send them a video and they would replace the base . That was a week ago and they don’t answer my texts or calls . The quality is awful but it wasn’t expensive so I get that but it’s not even what I ordered . Have checked the address for the website and it’s a house not a business unit . It feels like a con . Avoid at all costs

Ordered on a Sunday arrived on the following Tuesday, cash payment on arrival, Double bed ordered and that's what came. They are basic, and functional,add a mattress topper and some decent quality pillows and they make an adequate guest bed.If you want the units taken upstairs there's an additional payment.Cash of course 😉😉

Easy website to place order quick reply to confirm order and quick delivery I have had two divans and I will be ordering another one my kids love them 👍🏻

I had a great experience with this company with a divan bed , website easy to navigate, great easy customer service, and good quality bed. Delivery service kept me upto date . I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Quite refreshing to have such good service these days.

What started out to be a good experience turned out to be a nightmare. I had already been let down by one company so gave Woodwall a try. The evening I booked an order for a double size bed went perfect. Communication was good re delivery. Even right down to double checking my order. And the delivery guy kept me updated with time he would be here. Can't fault him at all.
BUT
Once it was delivered the issue started. 1st issue was the drawer in the divan base. I ordered a large footend drawer but got a small drawer on the side of the base which is no good to me as it's against a wall. 2nd issue the Headboard bolt in the bed base was not fixed in so it wouldn't hold the screw. 3rd Issue the communication at this point was disgusting I was being ignored as tried ringing 3 times then messaged from 11am till 16.30pm. I was sent a video of how to put the headboard on but this wasn't my issue. I tried emailing the company but had the email returned saying
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up. So all ways of talking to them are a waste of time.
Being disabled I had to put the bed together to sleep on and have now sorted headboard out but the drawer is just a waste of time. I may as well paid £25 less for no storage as this is what I've been left with now.
My advise is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am posting this to warn others NOT to buy from you as your beds and mattresses are a waste of money I've had my bed which wasn't the one I ordered in the first place since the 6th June. And the mattress is as flat as anything and no way a 2000 sprung one. And the base at the bottom has bowed inwards. See pictures. I will also send pictures to Trading Standards

Woodmall Thane is cheater and fraudsters to customers.old furniture convert in to refurbished and selling them as a new product to customers after knowing his tactics I'm cancelling the order and claiming my booking amount but he his refused to give my booking amount and kept my entire booking amount by them.Boycott Woodmall! Very bad customer service.
I order a wardrobe with 2 extra shelves ( it should have 8 shelves and 1 hanging) and i recieved a wardrobe with 5 shelves.
When i contact them, they are not answer to the phone or message. They want o ly cash on delivery.

Fantastic communication and beautiful material beds Grey chenelle fabric and headboard and the price was fantastic! We got next day delivery and the delivery drivers were very kind and helpful too. Small double bought with silent night 1000 medium matress and best night sleep on it. We put together and didn’t pay the extra but that was our choice. We also got a headboard plain and it’s all looks great very happy and would recommend - went in sons room he’s 12 and growing fast!

Bed came next day guy was helpful but no holes in headboard but bed if nice and comfortable

Wardrobe was as described on the website, delivered promptly and company communicated well to inform us of when the wardrobe would be delivered. Quality is reflected in the price, perfect for a child's bedroom.

I ordered a small divan bed with mattress for my son, they asked for cash on collection but I paid bank transfer on arrival. Upon opening the bed the two halves didn't connect together, no holes to attach the headboard and the mattress was a double mattress!

I sent videos of the problems said I wanted this bed collected and a refund. I was told someone would call me and they never have and now won't answer me. Absolute shambles, I wish I read previous reviews, the only reason I got this bed was because of the quick next day delivery. Biggest mistake I ever made!

I will be taking legal action to get my money back!!!!

I ordered a super king crushed velvet bed and have never been happier with a furniture company. The bed is very good quality the mattress is excellent I’m absolutely stunned that it is as comfortable as it is for the price I paid highly recommend. Will definitely be a returning customer for my future furniture.
