Ordered a wardrobe. Could not have it delivered already made as there are issues with space. So got it as a flat pack. It was not delivered in flat pack packaging, came in clumps connected by industrial clingfilm. No protection at all. Also has not come with any instructions to build it. I have been in contact with woodmall furniture about this but only had one reply of we will see about getting instructions. Still waiting and it has been a week. I know have an expensive pile of fire wood. Would not recommend lm

I ordered by almost midnight on Sunday and got my order on Monday. Very impressed with the turnaround time and the quality of the wardrobe beats the price! I also loved the fact that I could pay by cash. Really impressed as a first time user.

Really fast delivery. Would’ve been next day if we’d been able to be home. Good communication from the delivery driver both the day before and on the day of delivery, very friendly and helpful.

Ordered a single door wardrobe with wood mall and I was very happy with the purchase. Wardrobe was reasonably priced and arrived within indicated timelines. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. It came fully assembled which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Bed was amazing, right colour, omg, the value for money is amazing as well. Great delivery guys. Highly recommended!

I ordered a wardrobe. Waited for it. Got told it was damaged they would send another yesterday. Waited in. Got told between 7-8pm!!! Didn't turn up. NO COMMUNICATION!!
SCAM! probably just want to get people's details.... Avoid and report this company

This is a scam. I was delivered a different wardrobe without mirror and they left it in the middle of the hallway and ran away. Contact email address is disabled so no way to rectify this. SCAM

Ordered a 6 door wardrobe and arrived next day and very good value for money highly recommend!

2 wardrobes arrived on the specified day within the timeslot allocated. Paid in cash on delivery. One hanging rail missing in one of wardrobes, and two drawer wardrobe delivered instead of three drawers customer service said they would send hanging rail in the post, but one week later still not arrived. Can no longer get in touch, no response to my whatsapp message, e mail, nor phone call. One good feature is wardrobes have wheels

Terrible company avoid like the plague.

Item was damaged and upon arrival they demanded more money then I agreed to purchase it for.

I was threatened and sworn at by an employee when they did speak to me at time of delivery.

Refused further communications and currently attempting to get a refund due to the item being badly damaged and not as described.

Don’t use!!!!!!

Awful experience . Driver couldn’t take card payment as advertised had to be bank transfer, driver left quickly and when I unwrapped wardrobe it was the wrong one . Company will not answer email , WhatsApp or phones inspite leaving several messages.

All seems well when ordering and delivery is very fast. The problem starts with the delivery men. They are very very rude and speak to you as if you are stupid.I ordered a single mirrored wardrobe with a centre shelf and two hanging rails but when it arrived it had a top box shelf and one rail. I told them to take it back, the delivery men argued with me and asked if I had a drill and screwdriver they could use. I told them where to go and come back when they had what I'd ordered.
The next day I received a call from them at 18.00 telling me they were setting off from Birmingham to deliver the wardrobe. I'm in Manchester so I wasn't pleased. They arrived at 21.30 which is a disgrace. They pushed the wardrobe up my driveway and a wheel fell of the bottom. They got it in the house and this time there was no shelf fitted just a loose shelf and 4 pegs to fit myself. It was easy to do but what a cheek.I was then asked for cash payment even though I ticked the box for card payment, he then asked for bank transfer, I said credit card or take it back. He asked for £5 for that option. I refused. It's then he started swearing and accepted card payment, he then stormed off slamming the door as he left and believe me NEVER to return. A disgrace of a company.

AVOID at all costs! Poor quality and terrible customer service! I feel so naive to have chosen this dodgy company instead of amazon, where if there is an issue you get a resolution 100%! Here they dont reply and you basically are deceived! My lesson to read reviews first!

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice.

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication. Wrong product. Wrong colour. Wrong size. And extremely poor after-sales service.

I ordered a wardrobe in charcoal, 122cm wide, based on the description and photographs advertised on their website. What was delivered was completely different: a white wardrobe measuring 152cm wide, which does not fit the space it was specifically purchased for.

To make matters worse, the wardrobe is not even one double wardrobe as advertised and shown in the photographs — it is actually two single wardrobes joined together, which is not what I believed I was purchasing.

I paid for the wardrobe to be assembled, so unfortunately the incorrect item was brought into my home and assembled before I could properly resolve the issue.

Since discovering the problem, I have repeatedly contacted the company to ask them to rectify it, but the customer service has been extremely poor. Messages are ignored, calls are not answered, and I have had to repeatedly chase them for a response regarding an order THEY got wrong.

This is not a minor issue or a matter of personal preference. I received the wrong colour, wrong size and an item that does not match the way the product was advertised. I simply want the correct item I ordered, or an appropriate resolution.

The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of urgency and communication. A reputable furniture company should take responsibility when they make a mistake and resolve it promptly — not avoid the customer and leave them chasing for answers.

I am leaving this review because customers deserve to know what they may experience after handing over their money. Getting an order wrong can happen, but refusing to communicate and leaving the customer to repeatedly chase you is completely unacceptable.

I sincerely hope the company sees this review and finally takes the matter seriously and resolves it properly.
