Disappointed!
Woningtarget simply shows you housing options that you could have otherwise found by just searching on Google or Pararius, and all it does is redirect you to the website where the housing accommodation was actually posted (the site of the housing agency). I found the same apartments they did, by just searching online. Yet they charge €6.99 for this so-called "service".
Additionally, a lot of their results redirect you to houses or apartments that have been rented out long time ago and sometimes are places that are being rented out for business. Really disappointed in this website.
More and more of websites like these are on the rise as the demand for housing increases in the Netherlands. Just be cautious with them and many other similar sites.
They charge this ridiculous fee of €6.99 every 5 days, for doing absolutely nothing!! And that's me putting it nicely I just realized this as I saw reviews of other companies that do the same. I am going to contact them to cancel it, and will update what happens once I get an answer.
