The app constantly crashed. I could hardly access features on my iPhone. Transferring the cash fund was difficult, and I consider myself tech savvy. I was also told the cash fund option was broken the DAY OF MY EVENT.

What a Joy! Easy to use, navigate and design for our wedding. It was very helpful to have all of the information in one place for our destination wedding. We especially loved the message function which allowed us to email our guests with reminders, requests, menu choices etc. Would highly recommend to any couple looking for a website for their special event!

Did not like Joy credit
Did not like Joy credit, if an item cannot be bought money for that item should go straight to the couple to use wherever they need.
Did not like the face i couldn’t automatically add a plus one to a guest later on and instead had to add guest add plus one delete guest group plus one to person.
The way some of the free invites and things did not actually match what we were trying to do with them, wasn’t clear that we were just getting the background of the invite instead of the look of the whole thing.

This was a fantastic website that I used to track RSVPs and ask information on allergies. It was brilliant and I loved creating the website. Recommend to any bride to keep organised and on track with guest numbers, particularly where it generates a spreadsheet (if I remember correctly!!)

Difficult platform to use, added stress
Difficult platform to use, they overload with all useless stuff you don't need and it is all American when it should be universal. They opt you in to everything and you have to strip it out rather than adding elements. They also add a bunch of stupid fake names and stuff you have to waste time on deleting. Rubbish platform, added so much more stress to the process. ALSO, ADD A PASSWORD! Unbelievable how easy it is to read other people's itinerary!!!

We absolutely loved using this website for our wedding! It was very easy to use, and our guests loved having all the important information in one place. The option to send emails directly to all our guests was especially useful and made communicating updates so much easier.
There are just a couple of small things that could be improved. When guests opened the website, they were redirected to the middle of the website rather than the beginning, which was a little inconvenient. And the guest information export could be improved, as the data was not properly formatted when exported to Excel.
Apart from these minor issues, we were really happy with the platform! It made organizing our wedding so much easier and helped us keep everything, especially our guest list, well organized. A really useful tool for wedding planning!
