Hopeless Organisation using a very flawed system.
First I take it with a pinch of salt that most of these positive reviews are from real unpaid customers. This is the worst financial lender by any measure,Everything on their advertising is just sugar-coating of what they can actually do.
For every email you send ,they'll reply the following day.It took one full week just for a conversation that should normally take one working day.The more you give them information the more they fail to simply analyse the provided information. At some point they even asked for my work contract and what role I play at work ,but I had provided my payslip which has all the information about my place of employment and phone numbers.
They failed to analyse my Bank statement and alleged none existent information about my cost of living.
They wasted a whole week moving in circles and you left wondering if they actually know what they're doing or they needed time to go ask someone else somewhere.
Hopeless organisation.

Great to deal with to get a loan. Interest rate is vey competitive. App is user friendly. Definitely would use them again.
