I have just had my clutch replaced on my Karoq under warranty . Luckily this was just inside the warranty ... Phew !!!!! I dropped the car in unannounced but they fitted me in as the warranty was imminently going to expire. The job was diagnosed and parts were ordered . Being an ex mechanic i understand the processes and work required to do a clutch. Becky phoned me everyday to keep me up to date of the parts availability and progress . And even arranged Saturday overtime to get the job complete and for someone to call me on the Saturday to keep me up to date with the progress. I cant fault Wings for there customer care and service . What a good team. !!!!

We are always kept in the loop with regards to our cars service and maintenance. Given excellent friendly service from Paul and the wonderful Lea today.

Had absolutely fantastic service from Jacob all the way through the journey from ordering to picking my new car up. Jacob is a really helpful and knowledgeable young man, very polite and down to earth nothing was to much trouble when bombarding him with millions of questions.

I took my Kamiq in for it's 2 year Service, not expecting any issues. During the vehicle check, a damaged tyre was spotted and was reported to me. On ringing up I spoke to Lea who was excellent in sorting the best tyre for the car. On collecting the car later, she was again so helpful and friendly, paying for the tyre was nearly a pleasure ! She's a credit to Wings.

I am the owner of nearly 3 year old Enyaq which I brought new from Wings of Peterborough. It had a minor problem, so I booked it into the service department of Wings of Peterborough and they sorted it straight away no charge. The service from the staff in the department was amazing. They also charged my car fully as I had mentioned I had a problem with my home charger at the moment. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Likewise the sales department when I originally bought it. 5 star service. Well done*****

Each visit to Wings Skoda is a wonderful experience. Lea on the service desk stands out as an exemplary member of the team. There is nothing she won't help with. She is welcoming, professional and handles everything with a smile and sense of humour. A very big thank you to Lea. I feel very lucky to have this fantastic dealership look after my car.

Took my car in for its first service, all booked it with the lovely Leanne, got it back with a glowing report all clean and polished, all the staff here are lovely and knowledgeable, I’m a bit of a technophobe but the little girl came out and showed me a couple of things I wasn’t sure about.

Just want to say a big thank you to Ross for all of his help when I got my new car today. I’ve never had any bad experiences with Skoda and I’ll be continuing with them as long as I can.

Excellent customer service from Wings, Peterborough. Purchased my Karoq new from Wings in 2020 which has only ever needed annual service and MOT which Wings have carried out smoothly and efficiently. During the last service a fault was detected in the steering bushes which was later rectified by Wings under the extended guarantee at no charge to myself. On each of my visits I have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous.

After making a new vehicle purchase and paying a £500 deposit / unfortunately due to a hospital procedure and not being able to drive I had to cancel the order . I was told the £500 was non refundable due to terms and conditions , but that amount would be held for any future purchase within the next 6 months . I returned to the dealership in Peterborough at a later date to discuss a vehicle that would suit my needs , but as it turned out they could not provide me with a vehicle that was suitable to my requirements , so I again asked if that being the case was my £500 refundable , but they point blank refused , therefore I have lost £500 ., so buyer beware do not part with any money to this company ..

I was dealt with in an extremely helpful manner by Lea who helped get a large part of my repair bill covered through my warranty. She went above and beyond expected levels of customer care and is an asset to the dealership

Leanne was very professional and accommodating keeping me informed of the issues with my car. The service was helpful although it didn't repair the issue it identified it as it was a non warranty job caused by an accident the work was referred back to the insurance company. I was only charged half an hour which is recoverable. Thanks team.

Everyone goes above and beyond to help and Leanne makes you feel like one of the family very helpful and always smiling thank you .

I recently booked my car into Wings Skoda for its first MOT, and a service.

Making the booking was straightforward and efficient.

On the day of the MOT I dealt with Leigh who had all the paperwork ready for signature. I was offered a courtesy car, but this wasn't necessary on this occasion.

I received a call when the car was ready to collect. I was also sent a video walkaround of my car, via email.

I have been happily using Wings to maintain my vehicles for many years and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I have looked for car for little while and I do find the process very stressful as I do not enjoy change and find it hard, but the costumer service what I have received was amazing in Wings Skoda Peterborough. Sales executive Kieran Slocombe has been fantastic, very approachable and polite and he answer all my questions without any issues. He He made my journey of purchase very smooth. Kieran has got good knowledge and he is very professional and he shown me everything what the car has and really he pick the right car for me and met all my requirements and more and in my price so I was very please. I am very happy with my new Kamiq and I do enjoy the drive now. So thank you for all the hard work and advice.

We have been loyal customers of Wings of Peterborough for approximately 15-years, purchasing several Skoda cars over those years. Recently, we bought a plug-in Hybrid Kodiaq based on claims it could achieve 90+ miles on battery alone, but in practice, it only managed about 45-55 miles before needing a recharge, despite our modest daily use of approximately 22miles. Wings tested the charge capacity, and the tests confirmed the car was charging correctly, but our experience did not match their assurances as can be evidenced by bank statements. When we sought to exchange the car for a petrol version, we were advised to drive the hybrid it as petrol only as this would be cheaper, we did not feel this to be an appropriate option given the car is a Hybrid. At one point during the discussions to sort this problem Mr D was confronted by 4 people throwing facts and figures at him; quite rightly he found this to be intimidating. The exchange process was arranged, but our customer loyalty seemed overlooked as our monthly repayments went up. Mr D was approached by the salesman and informed that a bad review could cost him a fine, well he should think on that the fact he miss-sold us the Hybrid Kodiaq and that has cost us money. Disappointed by this experience and poor support, we will not be buying from Wings again.

I did adjust the percentage of the battery charge to 90% but still only managed about 55% which is nowhere near the 70 - 75% you mention. I might add that figure was never mentioned to us. At the point of sale we were told 90/91%.

Lea Humphrey from the Peterborough branch helped me today and I get the feeling she moved heaven and earth to get me the best result possible. Fabulous service and a wonderful experience. Thank you

This review relates solely to the service department....
I recently brought a brand new factory order Skoda Scala SE, that from collecting it had and issue with a metallic knocking noise coming from the rear underside. I suspected it maybe an issue with the heat shield. Took the car to Wings and spokevto service manager who was helpful and allowed me the opportunity to go with the mechanic (Dan) in the car to point out first hand where the problem was. He accepted there was an issue , that he quickly identified as being a wronllgly aligned heat shield. On collecting a few hours later it was better but still knocking a bit. Dan was very helpful and more than happy to try tk improve it. Thankfully it was sorted and hopefully no more issues. I found Dan to br very approachable, and positive. 5 stars for him. The only downside was having to wait about 6 weeks to get it looked at.
