Visited Wings Skoda in Peterborough again this morning, this time for a repair to my front grille after an altercation with a pigeon on the way to work the other week. Service was spot on and the staff were really helpful. Becky made the appointment, rang me on Saturday as a reminder and let me know as soon as the car was ready. Excellent experience. Thank you

Unfortunately, whoever fitted my new grille this morning only stuck the VRS badge on with some really poor glue, so it came off when I washed the car this evening. Luckily it didn’t fall off when I drove home and I had a couple of number plate stickers I could cut to size and re-attach it…

ADDITION:
Wings Skoda service team contacted me this morning to apologise and offered to book the car in to rectify the badge issue, saying that the VRS badges are initially heat welded on at the factory but the dealerships have to use glue when dealing with repairs. I declined as the number plate sticker appears to be holding up sufficiently well but thanked them for their offer

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

I recently ordered a number of accessories for my Elroq from Wings Škoda and was a little disappointed that one of the items (a boot mat) was incorrect and would not fit my car. However, I needn't have worried as Caleb immediately responded to my complaint, sent the correct item and arranged for the incorrect one to be collected from my home and returned. Excellent customer service from a company I will definitely use for future purchases. Highly recommended.

I was served today in the service department by Leanne, she was excellent, clear about everything. She explained about what was to be done. She came over to me as I was waiting for my car and served me with coffee and told me at what stage we were at. Everything went through smoothly and I couldn't find any fault with the service and care. Thank you Leanne at Wings of Skoda.

Took my Karoq in for its first service and excellent experience as always. Paul from the servicing team was friendly and explained everything clearly. We’ve been buying cars from Wings for 10 years now and I’d highly recommend them!

Routine service carried out in 1.5 hours whilst I waited which was quicker than promised. The price was as quoted. Lea helpfully suggested a local cafe for breakfast which was excellent and the coffee at Wings was wonderful. A pleasant customer experience.

Leanne was helpful and welcoming and corrected some incorrect information I had been given earlier by another member of staff. She was on hand to arrange the hire car when I arrived and also greeted me when I returned it later in the day. She also advised me about an All-In Plan from Skoda for years 4 and 5 and went through all that was included. She is very professional in all that she does and is a credit to Wings.

Lea is such a credit to Wings. She sorted me out with a service plan, which in hindsight was a good move as I needed 4 new tyres. She kept me informed of what was happening ( car was in for service and MOT). Very friendly and helpful. During my 4+ hours there, Lea and several members of staff offered me refreshments too. Pleased with everything so far.

Lea and the service team were great at sorting out my Karoq, which had a problem just before its MOT. Everything was resolved very quickly. Thank you.

Lea was amazing! Sorted a great payment plan for services moving forward and couldn't have done more to make everything straight forward and easy. Such a great work space for those who wait whilst service is carried out. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, so personal, really listened to me, helped me enormously, a lot of hand holding, to help me complete all that I needed to do paperwork wise. A really good experience, and the coffee was excellent as well, very friendly and helpful team, courteous, with great explanation of all that was involved. Really pulled out all the stops to complete the repairs on the day, to save me having to rebook and return for the work to be carried out. Lea is an absolute credit to the dealership. Having just had my car serviced she was my first point of contact. She was friendly, knowledgeable and informative, keeping me updated as appropriate. A pleasure to deal with.

Lea is always there to discuss the car if any recommendations are made and never pushes you just gives to the info for you to make your own decision and time to do so.
Dean popped over to chat about future cars as always but again always in a way that is friendly and transparent never forceful or unwanted.

I have just had my clutch replaced on my Karoq under warranty . Luckily this was just inside the warranty ... Phew !!!!! I dropped the car in unannounced but they fitted me in as the warranty was imminently going to expire. The job was diagnosed and parts were ordered . Being an ex mechanic i understand the processes and work required to do a clutch. Becky phoned me everyday to keep me up to date of the parts availability and progress . And even arranged Saturday overtime to get the job complete and for someone to call me on the Saturday to keep me up to date with the progress. I cant fault Wings for there customer care and service . What a good team. !!!!

We are always kept in the loop with regards to our cars service and maintenance. Given excellent friendly service from Paul and the wonderful Lea today.

Had absolutely fantastic service from Jacob all the way through the journey from ordering to picking my new car up. Jacob is a really helpful and knowledgeable young man, very polite and down to earth nothing was to much trouble when bombarding him with millions of questions.
Thank you so much jacob for everything I am so in love with my new skoda fabia.
