We deal with WW on a weekly basis, sometimes this service is not good and I feel I'm chasing to find answers. Until now! Olivia Dalton has been amazing and in such a short amount of time. Acting fast on issues and resolving them immediately. She gave me all the information without me having to ask. She explained timeframes and processes that now explains some of the issues we've experienced in the past. It's great not to have to chase for this information. Very professional but personal at the same time!! She could not apologise enough for errors. Fantastic service Olivia :)

Window Ware are a great company to deal with and make things so easy, and great value for money.

I have been using WindowWare for five years now. They are competitively priced, reliable and stock a good range for the repair guys.
If you want service with a smile then ask for Lorna. She is always chirpy and will go out of her way to help you out. She makes even the most mundane phone call about a door handle bolt fun!
Would recommend without hesitation.
