Highly recommend JWL, one of the fastest and most responsive teams we’ve worked with.

We couldn’t source some specific night latches we needed in the US, so we ordered from the UK. We had previously tried another supplier, but they stopped responding when we went to re-order. JWL was a completely different experience; they replied the same day, processed everything immediately, and by the next morning our order was complete.

I can’t even describe how quick and effortless this was in comparison. The communication was professional, the process was smooth, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

I mentioned it to a co-worker and they also placed another order, and it was just as seamless. Highly recommend JWL.

My money scam, its totally fake!!!

Bought brass window handles directly from the store. The supplied keys did not fit the locks and the keeps that they came with did not fit the holes in the window fasteners. Bought 5 and they were all the same.

I've ordered from this company before and everything has always arrived quickly and in perfect order. This time I've had to contact them for advice on a certain lock and they were very courteous and helpful. Old-fashioned service. I was impressed.

I ordered a mortice sashlock for a job I was doing and the quality of customer service was perfect. They rang me to make sure I had received my product. Brilliant after sales service who cared about me the customer.

Found, appeared to be, cheapest codelock online, there was easy reach to phone queries. Ordered the lock and received it on very next day, really satisfied to deal with company.

The worst company that I used for my job Customer service is very bad, and delivery after 10 days and still awaiting

Outstanding service, I had a slightly tricky order but they handled it from start to finish excellently and everything was shipped and dispatched quickly.

Sadly despite confirming delivery with Colin, goods weren’t sent out the day promised. Reason being, they didn’t have the items themselves. Unfortunately this is what happens when websites state ‘in stock’ but actually they don’t carry stock. Items didn’t arrive in the 2-3 days quoted (which I was happy to pay £6 delivery for).

Colin was very helpful when I was trying to source striking plates for my door frames. He responded quickly on emails and provided insight over the phone too. Delivery of items was very quick and items as expected. I highly recommend.

I have used JWL a lot recently and have found them very knowledgable and easy to deal with both online and by phone. Even when the odd thing has gone wrong they have sorted it out without a fuss.

Recomended supplier, I appreciated the fast follow up and delivery. Keep up the good service.
