Wilson & Co Bolton were great because nothing is ever too much trouble. I was contacted by Raymon to refinance my vehicle. I was continuously communicated with throughout the process, everything was double checked with me and I was informed of my choices before making my decision. Raymon was kind, polite and helpful during my visit and his colleagues were considerate also. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Amir was good to deal with described…
Amir was good to deal with described the car as it was sent us a video of the car great communication had the car ready for us gleaming fresh valley and petrol in the tank. Then when we got home he phoned to check everything was ok and we were happy with the car.

No useful responses once sale completed
Unfortunately "Jason, Head Of Business here at Wilson and Co in Scunthorpe" didn't return any of my calls/messages or "work tirelessly" about the 20K+ Merc I bought from the company.
I'm having to work my way through the issues with my new car locally with poor EV battery life and defunctive petrol filler cap being significant problems as no help from the seller. No proper response from Wilson so never, ever again. If you don't answer your phone or respond to your customers' emails then you're NOT serving your customers.

Good Company - highly recommend
Even though I haven’t purchased a car from this company (albeit due to my own reasons due to my negative equity) I would highly recommend these to buy a car from. The service Stuart gave me was exceptional, helped me through all the quotes and queries I had. Unfortunately, I will be unable to change my car for another 6-12 months but when that time comes I am 100% going to come back and use this company.

Regrettably 1 star. I called 3 times over 3 days for a quote for a gearbox service, no one bothered to reply. Called Evans Halshaw in Wigan, had a quote in 20 minutes or so... booked in with them !

I was looking for a different car and after a lot of looking this garage popped up and the car we were looking for was found!! I was straight onto phone and the guy I spoke to was the manager and I was just blown away with the manager I asked every thing about the car and he even offered me a better partex price for our car he arranged for me to go through the next day after a personal video of car and when we arrived at the garage we was greeted by a guy called Ryan and in a matter of minutes I was so pleased! he was a total joy to cut along story short Ryan couldn't do anymore for me and the wife total pleasure from start to finish for Ryan's help we were so chuffed and his help will not be forgotten (app) 5hrs later we were driving our new car home we cannot thank the whole team enough but to be fair Ryan was the star thanks so much from (two new friends) thanks Wilson & Co scunthorpe

I got Raymon at the Bolton branch as my sales person and he honestly was more then helpful. He provided videos etc as I arnt local to that branch. Helped me through paperwork kept me updated on what was happening and delivery date and time. He made the experience really easy and pleasant to go through I cant recommend him enough. Id also like to say the delivery driver was also lovely talked me through a few things gave me paperwork talked through that etc. Arrived at the beginning of the delivery time I was given. I cant fault the service at all. There's a few age related marks which I wish wasnt there but for a near 5 year old car its to be expected unfortunately. but arrived clean and tidy and smelt lovely inside. Highly recommend to people especially Raymon at the Bolton store.

I have a battery/charging issue with my…
I have a battery/charging issue with my Ssangyong Korando E Motion. My initial problem was 2 months ago and they were unable to book it in for 6 weeks. Which is not really acceptable, what is most disappointing is despite having the car for nearly 2 weeks they have yet to run any diagnostic tests. This is an awful level of service and makes me question their ability to operate as a dealer for KGM/Ssangyong. From my experience find an alternative dealer/service center.
