They advise somthing completely different to what thy actually sell. I ordered a suite not knowing it is a China based company faking they are UK based. It is the worst thing I ordered online ever. When I asked for a refund they are being difficult and don't want to refund. I wish I saw the reviews here before.

I've read many, many reviews & am in no doubt this is a scam & am ashamed to admit getting caught out - & this is before my tat arrives (sunglasses). A bargain at £20 but then again, if anything seems too good to be true then it usually is - low price for polarised sunglasses I thought so they'll prob be crap anyway. Very clever use of of AI for the website, looks very professional. On further digging, the business is based in the US, section 5 of t&cs clearly states goods dispatched from facility in China. Further down the t&cs it mentions age appropriate for state/province and further states governed by US law, so unclear what UK authorities such as Trading Standards can do about it. Chances of a return or refund? Forget it, don't waste your time - in fact DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE START. This is a very cleverly put together website clearly with one thing in mind - scam people. DON'T BE TEMPTED JUST BECAUSE SOMETHING LOOKS GOOD OR, LIKE I DID, BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAP. The saddest thing is that so many people like me got caught out - don't be another victim. In the current climate of on line shopping (thank you CoVid) it's so easy to get caught out - please don't be another victim. Another tip when checking dodgy companies, check companies house on Gov.UK

I would not even give them 1 star ordered 2 pairs of shorts they where nothing like there photos asked to return them was offered 10% back or 25% credit told them to stuff the 10% i will use them as rags instead

You get what you pay for! Unpleasant cheap fabric, No labels for fabric care, country of origin etc. Weird AI messages. Blood spots on dress (evidence of sweat shop in China?)
You have to beg for information on returns. I have given up. Not fit for Charity shop so going to textile bank. A tough learning experience

They resell items from Temu, i bought and outfit for £55.00 the same outfit was on Temu for £15.00 do an image search before purchasing anything from here.

A follow up to my recent review of this scam company claiming to sell high quality clothing. I have now received the 2 x men's shirts I ordered and as suspected the quality of the materials is shockingly bad. I am normally vigilant and cant believe I fell for their AI generated images to make their items look considerably better than what they are claiming to be. I wont go on much further as you will get the picture reading my review and that of others scammed by this company. In short, stay away, don't order from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress for a wedding, when it arrived the quality was NOTHING like the website. I have tried to return the product but they asked for $30-50 to do this. TOTAL SCAM!!!! I have reported this to my bank for a refund-product not as described. It wouldn't even make a good duster!

Agree with the last few reviews. This is a scam ! Dress looks nothing like the photo in the Ad. It is made out of eight synthetic heavyweight nine on which is not mentioned in the Ad where is the photo looks like a cotton dress. Although they say they have easy returns there is no return address in the website and I’m still waiting to hear from them on how to return the product.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam company pretending to be British. Items, if they arrive at all, are of poor quality and nothing like the images used to sell them. If you want to return you have to send to China. They only offer 15% of your original purchase price as a refund.

This is NOT a London company, but a company operating internationally.
Delivery is slow.
Quality is poor.
Returns are very difficult, offering international postage to be paid by the sender, with huge fees for customs.
They have a discount strategy, rather than a returns policy if the product is not right.
AVOID!

I ordered a dress….. it looked delightful and when it finally arrived after almost three weeks it resembled nothing like the garment I had ordered other than the colour combination!
The quality of fabric is dire, cheap shiny polyester and style and cut, well…..simply dreadful
I asked for refund and was offered 10% of the purchase cost which I refused. I was then told that the shipping cost to return would be between 30 and 50 dollars! Plus the completion of a lengthy returns form. I settled for a 20% refund ….. £7.99 for a rubbish garment I had paid £39.95 for! I was told to keep the garment. It would be an insult to
Landfill or charity shop!

Do not purchase anything from this company. The photos of a two piece casual trousers suit were stunning. When it arrived I wouldn't have paid a £1 for it. It's awful, top isn't the same colour as the bottoms.Stitchhing.... I dable with the odd thing but this is ......Returns...... Jump through hoops. I'm taking a hit and taking a 40% refund as the return/claims form I don't have the mental capacity to make accounts with weird companies and then the 30-50 dollars return (I'm sure I could have got it a lot cheaper but...). This is obviously how this company makes it's money. AVOID

Never, never, never will I nuy from this company again. Their clothing is rubbish and comes from China. Don't think for a minute that you are buying from a reputable British company in London because of the name you are definitely not. Not worth even one star.

I ordered a ladies top. It arrived nearly 3 weeks after placing order. I did not realise the company was not based in UK. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. When my item arrived, the quality was very poor, looked different from the top I had ordered and fabric was of poor quality. Do Not Order from this site!! Requesting a full refund!

I wish I'd looked at reviews as the items I ordered were terrible quality, nothing like the images, the material was cheap and the sizing was awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have read returns are difficult so not holding out much hope of getting my money back. Angry 😠

Like many other reviews on here, if there was an option to give this company no stars I would. When the dress I ordered finally arrived it was extremely poor quality and did not fit, despite me using their size guide to gauge which size dress to order. I approached the company for a refund, citing the 30 day money back guarantee they advertise but unfortunately this is clearly not available in my experience, leaving me with what I can only describe as a very expensive dress that has been demoted to cleaning rags! To add insult to injury, despite the website giving the illusion this is a London based company, they are based in America with garments being drop shipped from other parts of the world, meaning I am not covered under the UK consumer rights act 2015!

Avoid at all cost total scam!! I was i had read the reviews before I ordered a £60 suit for my son. So badly made and a lot smaller than the label says. No hope of getting money back.
