Would not buy again

Would not buy again, their customer service doesn’t not seem to even exist, I received a damaged furniture, reported the issue and now it’s just pending nearly 2 weeks. Not sure how long more.

Be careful online store

Be careful online store , they are SCAMMERS
Beware of the online store, never buy anything from these pages, especially from WHOLEMARCIA and BIOMARCIA and similar companies.
You will spend the money, but you will not receive the goods, and the money will not be returned to you.
I ordered on June 12th but still no money or goods, now it's September 15th and the goods are not even going to ship. They only promise…

It took willo a week to post my item…

It took willo a week to post my item and they didn't respond when I e-mailed them to ask why. Then I wanted to return my item and again I got no response from willo. I then went on their website and they had deleted my account. No customer service at all and I would never buy from them again.

I ordered a kayak but needed to return…

I ordered a kayak but needed to return it due to personal reasons, and it was stated on the website that you couldn’t return without authorisation from the office with an email..I emailed twice with absolutely no confirmation or reply, a bit rude and now I’m stuck with it

I have been as of now been ignored by your customer support team , after sending 6 emails & 2 telephone calls to your site .

Avoid to buy from them

Avoid to buy from them! I waiting for my item two calendar weeks and they claim to deliver for 2-3 days. Money gone from my account next day. I have confirmation email. Don't respond to emails and phone number is mail box with is full.

Terrible company, DO NOT ORDER!!!

Terrible company! Do not order from them!! Order never came so I chased it to be told it was due to a technical glitch and then when it arrived it was damaged. Tried to get in contact multiple times with no reply and stuck with a damaged item unable to do anything about it! Disgusting service.

Made two orders last week money taken from bank next day,no delivery no reply to emails/ phone calls a pathetic delivery service will never use them again and would advise any potential customer to steer clear

Is this shop still trading

Is this shop still trading? I, like most recent comments on here have e-mailed and tried to phone this company but have had no response. I ordered the Playmobil Fun Fair for my granddaughter's birthday well in good time. I now see they are out of stock, but they have taken my money. I want to cancel this order as it's too late now and I have bought her something else but they are just ignoring my e-mails and calls. I intend to take this further.

Disgraceful. Would give zero stars if I could!

Would give zero stars if I could!

Ordered in good time, items worth almost £400 on 7-14 day delivery, intended for a birthday present.
No items delivered.
No response to several e-mails or messages on 'contact us'.
Tried phoning x3 - what a surprise - nobody ever answers.
I wonder if this outfit actually exist.
I do note a recent mass of complaints about their service/no delivery and difficulty in contacting them.
Disgraceful business - do not use.

I am sat here 3 hours later on hold...

I am sat here 3 hours later on hold.... and 13 emails down since order!! This company is absolutely awful!! I ordered my partners birthday present accepted it may take a little while to arrive but 10 days in and my partners birthday this weekend I have had no response to when and where my order is. I have had no reply via email all been ignored!!! and the phone not being answered.They are quick enough to take your money £135 !!! but can't seem to communicate....... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Product never arrived.

Really poor customer service. We order a toy 3 weeks ago with a 5-7 day delivery quoted, but we've had nothing yet. Tried to contact them multiple times via email and not reply. We also called they phone number and sat for 1 hour with no answer. I would not recommend buying anything from this lot unfortunately.

Ordered from Willo they couldn't deliver on time so they sent me the same product via Amazon
plus a partial refund on item. customer service was excellent i would recommend them to anyone don't believe some of the poor reviews
