Company phoned to apologise very politely for delivery being 3 or 4 days late but gave a date for a few days later when it would be delivered and hey presto item arrived.

Is this shop still trading? I, like most recent comments on here have e-mailed and tried to phone this company but have had no response. I ordered the Playmobil Fun Fair for my granddaughter's birthday well in good time. I now see they are out of stock, but they have taken my money. I want to cancel this order as it's too late now and I have bought her something else but they are just ignoring my e-mails and calls. I intend to take this further.

Tried phoning x3 - what a surprise - nobody ever answers.
I wonder if this outfit actually exist.
I do note a recent mass of complaints about their service/no delivery and difficulty in contacting them.
Disgraceful business - do not use.

I am sat here 3 hours later on hold.... and 13 emails down since order!! This company is absolutely awful!! I ordered my partners birthday present accepted it may take a little while to arrive but 10 days in and my partners birthday this weekend I have had no response to when and where my order is. I have had no reply via email all been ignored!!! and the phone not being answered.They are quick enough to take your money £135 !!! but can't seem to communicate....... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
