I’m glad I found WiFI Heroes. Samuel explained my options. I looked at other providers and found one cheaper but WiFiHeroes guarantee their work so I booked in for the following week. Matt was on time and extremely thorough. We walked through what he was going to do and he just got on with it, running a neat cable around the house and down the garden. He also tidied up after himself, which I really appreciated. At the end, Matt talked me through what he had done and we tested the speed in the garden office. Strong and steady. Very impressed - I’m happy to recommend.

WiFI Heros were absolutely superb from start to finish. From the first call with Samuel my options and advice was very clearly explained. The booking and scheduling was also quick and very professional.
Ash visited for the work at my home and he was outstanding. Again, polite, professional and the job was completed and tested in no time.

Very happy with service overall - purchasing easy but was Matt the fitters approach and effort that drives the five star rating. Few challenges when on site vs plan but Matt worked round it and got stuck in and everything sorted and now full Wi-Fi installed in office over 80ft from router. Good lad and can’t recommend enough.

Trust Pilot need to make a sixth star… the whole team were great. Samuel prompt on the communications as was Lorelie who was very friendly even when my initial payment. Steven came and fitted and was one of the most diligent out there. Wouldn’t drill a hole without checking and explaining the plan first. Kept things really tidy. Incredible troubleshooting when we couldn’t find the right line, was cool calm collective patient and friendly throughout. A huge thanks, everything working brilliantly and the stress of poor connectivity is gone. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Amazing service. Very speedy to book the service in. I had WiFi cabling installed from my house to my garden office. It was a great price, better than other quotes, and the service of installation was brilliant. Even helped to dig in the cabling in garden areas, and answered all my questions. Quick installation and internet is now super speedy in my office. Many thanks guys!!

We had lived with Wi-Fi issues for many years, and I guess had become accustomed to the frustration. However, the kids were continually moaning and this led us to WiFi Heros. Matt came round and all of our issues have now gone. He was professional and polite, worked with us to make sure we were happy with what he was doing, and delivered as promised.

He not only installed WiFi in the garden office, but he took the time to fix our wobbly garden fence to protect the cable that ran along it. 10/10 would recommend WiFiHeros, particularly Steven. This company does what it says on the tin! Service is fast, efficient and courteous. Barry did the initial call-out and quickly identified what I needed. Steve came and fitted all the devices around the flat. He had a tough job as it turned out I needed an additional unit for complete coverage. As this had not been factored in, WiFi Heroes generously offered to foot the bill for the extra one. This is not the cheapest solution to poor WiFi coverage but it is the most effective....you really do pay for what you get and I'm absolutely delighted I chose to go with WiFi Heroes.
