Steven was brilliant, checked everything and identified the fault, repaired it and made certain that everything was up to speed before leaving.

WiFi heroes were incredibly prompt and efficient when setting up my wifi. From the first phone call to installation was less than 4 days. Steven arrived in the morning and had finished the installation within 2 hours and explained everything that he had done with clarity.

Excellent experience getting WiFi Heros to help with our home WiFi setup. I had made a mess of everything trying to do it myself and they got it sorted quickly at a decent price. Steven helped install it and he was very kind, kept me aware of what was happening, and stayed around to make sure we were getting good connections everywhere.

Matt was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and effective. He ensured that we understood the options, saving us money as a result. His installation was quickly achieved, with a good clean up and no mess.

Great WiFi setup around my property in Croydon

I'm very happy with my new Wi-Fi setup in my garden office! The installation was quick and efficient, and was very professional. The post-installation service has been equally impressive.

Samuel and Matt from WiFi Heros did a great job setting up the internet connection to my garden office. Zero fuss, neat work and very professional throughout. They've also been very responsive post-installation. Highly recommend these guys, having shopped around for quotes from others for some time before.

Installed with existing wiring. Had a problem after they left, they came straight back and fixed it. Very good service

All went to plan, arrived at agreed time, sorted a complex, at least I thought it was complex, arrangement combining 3 separate WiFi networks into one, bringing to life 2 dead cameras plus several other devices. Patience and determination figured in the visit, Matt was not going to be defeated! Very pleased customer.

Had connection issue with WiFi that had been installed by WiFi Heroes. They arranged an appointment immediately and Matt the engineer came at the time arranged having confirmed his attendance 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed and resolved the problem (a chewed cable) within minutes. He also did a full refresh of the system. Matt was very professional, courteous and efficient. Excellent service.

Wifi Heros and Matt in particular were excellent yesterday. I have had issues getting Wi-Fi in my garden room - with a succession of people trying to get right. Matt did it straight away and also helped set up sky q mini box and checked all other sources etc - brilliant from him and Wi-Fi Heros
