I ordered an item during the EOFY sale and was sent the completely wrong item. I contacted customer service immediately, only to wait several days for a response. When they finally replied, I was simply told to submit a refund request.
I explained that I didn't want a refund—I wanted the item I had actually purchased. I was then told it had sold out and that my only options were a refund or store credit. The problem is that I purchased the item during the EOFY sale, so the refund amount won't even be enough to buy the same item again at full price. Why should I be disadvantaged because of their mistake?
After receiving no reasonable resolution, I decided to request a refund instead because I no longer want to deal with this company. Since submitting the return request, I have emailed multiple times and sent messages through their online chat, yet I have received no response whatsoever. I still haven't been told how to return the incorrect item or what the next steps are.
To make matters worse, they have advised that they will only refund the cost of the item and not the original shipping costs. This is completely unacceptable. I did not change my mind or order the wrong product—they sent me the wrong item. I should not be left out of pocket because of an error that was entirely theirs.
The lack of communication, slow response times, and unwillingness to properly resolve a mistake they made has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

First time buying from here, I bought a dress which was too small I sent the item back the same day in which I received it. No surprises here, as from all
I requested a refund, but it was refused with no explanation. When I asked why, I was simply told it was a "warehouse decision," with no further information provided.
I have now escalated this matter, as I believe consumers should question decisions like this when no clear reason is given. In my case, the company has kept both my dress and my money, which I do not believe is acceptable.
I've also noticed the generic responses this company posts to Trustpilot reviews, so I'll address that here: I have already spoken to your customer service team, and they have refused to refund me despite still having the returned dress.
Based on my experience, I do not find this company trustworthy, and I would encourage others to be aware of how refund requests may be handled.

Although the products from white fox are good if you don’t purchase the right size you’ll just have to suck it up or pay for the top twice. i think it’s ridiculous that you can’t do exchanges for sizing because you can’t try items on before ordering. this was my final time wasting my money

I have been ordering from WF for years. I love their clothes and on 2 occasions I needed to contact their customer support and was answered back immediately and both issues were fixed. One of the best customer service companies I have ever dealt with!! I can. To recommend these guys enough!!
