A small fault happen with a product & the team was soo amazing from start to finished and resolved my problem very quickly there customer service was top notch & very kind love this company! 🤍

I had a problem when I send back an order. It did reached the Uk but it came back to France saying " unreclaimed " while I payed 25€ just to send it there. I sent multiples mails and still my problem isn't solved. I find it very unprofessionnal since they respond only once and just said it's a problem to see with laposte while the brand might have send it back themselves since it's written " unreclaimed" so may I ask again a return tickets since I did all that was possible. Thank you.

I received my order on 30 June and immediately contacted White Fox because the hoodie from my matching tracksuit set was missing. Since then, I have emailed on 30 June, 4 July, 13 July, 16 July, and multiple times after that, as well as contacted them through social media. It has now been over a month, and I have not received a single response.

I purchased a matching tracksuit set, and only the pants arrived. I would never have bought the pants on their own, yet White Fox has taken my money and failed to supply the hoodie or even acknowledge my emails.

The complete lack of communication is disrespectful and unacceptable. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect any customer service or support. Based on my experience, I will never shop with White Fox again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a £100 tracksuit that became unwearable after just 9 hours of normal wear. They sent a replacement, and the exact same fault happened again. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for “how I wore it”- I was sitting at a desk.

The quality is appalling, the returns process is disgraceful, and customer service is rude and dismissive. Avoid this company.

The team reviewed my issue and responded promptly. Lili was a standout great help, super friendly, professional and assertive. Couldn’t have asked for a better response!

I accidentally put the wrong address on an overnight shipping order & emailed them immediately - they were able to make the change & get me my order the next day!!

Purchased two hoodies from white fox, wore one ONE day only, put it into the washing machine following the instructions to a tee, I put it in the dryer after and it came out with a bunch of circle oil looking mark, NOTHING else was stained, I emailed them, they told me to use DISH LIQUID which further stuffed it, they have refused to take any accountability, claiming I did something and would not even review the issue, theres nothing else damaged, I googled and found this to be a common issue with white fox and they have useless customer service.

I ordered a dress and accessories for a friends wedding, sent the whole order back as the quality was so cheap for the price.
They’ve now emailed me saying I didn’t send the accessories.. the whole order went back without even opening the accessories and how am I supposed to prove I sent it all back!? Now they’ve only refunded me half my order. Absolute scammers do not shop from here, save your time and money!!

Make sure you don’t buy for a special occasion because you will miss it, they don’t exchange or refund , they only give store credit and you have to WAIT till they are ready to give it to you and don’t expect to get it at the same price either!!
Think twice before you buy!! 👎

Avoid if you value fair customer service.

I ordered a co-ord from White Fox Boutique for my birthday and have been extremely disappointed with both the quality and the way my return has been handled.

When the order arrived, I took the dress out of the bag, immediately realised it was too small and didn’t even try it on. I put it straight back with all the original tags attached and returned it unworn.

White Fox had my return for 10 days before responding, only to claim there were marks on the dress and refuse to issue my full refund. They sent me a photo of what they claim is a mark, but it’s barely visible and certainly doesn’t prove that I caused it. The dress was never worn, so I completely dispute their decision. If there were any marks on the item, they could only have occurred during handling or while it was in their warehouse.

I’m now significantly out of pocket for an item I never even wore. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend money on an outfit for a special occasion and then be denied a full refund based on a claim I strongly dispute.

My advice to anyone ordering from White Fox is to take clear photos and videos of every item before returning it, as you may need evidence if your refund is challenged.

White Fox, if you see this, I am requesting my full refund. I will be escalating this matter further through the appropriate consumer channels if this is not resolved.

This has been a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I won’t be shopping with White Fox again.
