Hit and miss

Ordered a set for two different vehicles. The Volvo V40 set was ok to be fair, but the Peugeot partner set was totally wrong despite the company claiming to have factory paterns for all makes and models.I sent photos as requested showing the problem and they sent another set, different but still totally wrong, sent them more photos then said they are correct for my year and model, clearly wrong as the photos showed but they refused to put it right. All they gave me was £18 refund.Make your own minds up before ordering from them.I have since heard that these mats might be cheap Chinese imports that they just sell on,can’t verify this so I advise doing your own research.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR< WALK ON BY !!!

Pity we cannot minus a review. I ordered front and rear mats. They are nothing like the examples shown in advert videos. They do not fit, the drivers side are totally useless unless I want to have an accident with padal fouling. The sides are doubled over as they are not custom cut. The rear mat hardly touches the places it should and has weird "bunny ears" either side instead of neat fitting corners. A boot floor mat is equally pathetic. All in all I could have done better myself with a pair of scissors and a sewing needle. I have sent photo's, but have been fobbed off with nothing really. Good job I held back on their seat covers or I'd be even more out of pocket. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR< WALK ON BY !!!

Inferior Whipmats

The rear mats came with a rip in. Sent photos and all that happens is they keep asking for photos. Asked for refund and they don’t want to know. They also didn’t fit properly. Very inferior material and nothing like the material they claim.

If i could give 0 star I would.

If i could give 0 star I would.
Poor quality, nothing like in promotional videos.
Supposed to be custom made for specific vehicles but they literally dont fit anything like they should or how is shown.
Basically these are expensive long car mats.
No response from customer service e mail. I did get response from messenger but nothing back from customer service.
From what ive read the chances of me getting my money back is slim to none at all so chalking this down to experience.
There is even a facebook page now dedicated to the fact that this is scam company.

Don't waste your money

The mats in recieved from this company are absolutely disgrace. They arrived "vacuum packed", squashed into a very small package. The came out of the package totally crumpled. Despite following the instructions of leaving them in a warm room flat for 24 hours to settle and flatten out they are now 2 months on still very crumple. They also do not fit my car despite being advertised as "custom made". I have requested many times a refund and have been told they won't. The CEO replied to my email asking what I would like them to do to resolve the issue. I asked for a return label and a refund. He is now ghosting me. So for the mats I wish I could give a zero star. For customer service a zero star. For the CEO Alfie Jones, I will say this. I want my refund please.

The company asked me to write a review…

The company asked me to write a review which i did favourably for which they would send a free gift! This was not the case I had to provide picture evidence of the mats fitted (why would I buy mats and not fit them) and they said I had to pay £15 postage once I proven myself? Thats not free nor is it without additional requests. That mats themselves got ok but move around after a week which I’ve had to buy double sided tape to try to secure them.

Placed an order for mats for my Lotus…

Placed an order for mats for my Lotus Elise on January 3rd and paid extra to have Lotus embossed on them. First mats didn't fit - massively different shape. Pictures sent Insitu - customer services good at this point and said new ones would be sent out. When these arrived they were different - closer but different shape again and with no Lotus embossed. Took Insitu pictures again and asked for a refund. Two days later 28th March)told I couldn't have a refund as further new mats had been dispatched. Waited a couple of months and had no mats arrived. No formal dispatch notice /delivery courier notification ever received(was with previous two sets of mats). Emailed them repeatedly and had no reply. Fortunately paid by credit card and raised a claim. Got money back yesterday - whole process took 6 months to resolve.

The mats arrived and were badly creased

The mats arrived and were tightly wrapped and badly creased when I opened them. After laying flat for 2 weeks near a radiator they were still badly creased. I emailed help @ whipmats.com, using my hotmail account I used for the purchase, but my email was blocked. I forwarded email to my gmail account and emailed help @ whipmats.com, including pics of all creased mats. Whipmats replied I must fit them and take pictures of them in situ. I refused to fit them as it would imply I had accepted them. Whipmats blocked my gmail account. I got a refund from my credit card. Now whipmats are sending me emails saying I didn't follow procedure and they are now sending the matter to their collections department. It appears I will have to fight them in court. I have my statutory rights and the Consumer Goods Act on my side.

The bootmat I ordered for my Saab 93…

The bootmat I ordered for my Saab 93 convertible was a poor fit (too big), I raised this with the company, they asked for photos and measurements which I gave, a replacement was sent out - exactly the same width as the original. Photos and measurements were a waste of time. I raised this with the company, 8 days later still waiting for a reply - no continuity with who you deal with (3 different people so far).

Such a great addition to my car

Its been a while to write this review as I have been very unwell.
I purchased a full set of front and rear carpet stitched covers and I must say I have no issues they came very prompt with instructions regarding instillation and unwrapping before intilation.
They come with adequate clips for installation and have found to be very good quality and fit exactly to my specified car.
I will purchase again it I change my car One it protects the original carpet but give your care a more plush feel inside.
Thank you Whipmats for a great service from start to finish

Marketing is deceptive

Marketing is deceptive. I queried if seat covers would fit a specific model of Qashqai (Tekna). They requested more vehicle details and responded with "yes they will fit". Upon receipt, the low quality covers were no where near a fit, in any way whatsoever. I pointed this out and was told "The seat covers are not a specific model fit, they are generic, as it says on our website." This activity contravenes consumer law. They are... you fill the blanks...

Not the best

Not the best

Honestly.
Firstly. When I’m told it’s real Italian leather that’s what I expect - not cheap pvc And as for being handmade - the loose threads are everywhere
Secondly. When I’m told they’re custom made for a specific vehicle I’d expect them to know it won’t anchor/ fit in my car’s make/model due to the build. And the secondary fitting velcros. Well 3 small 5cm strips for probably 12metera of edging really isn’t going to do much of anything is it

Thirdly. Did I mention the custom fit. It doesn’t fit great

Fourth shipping. The packaging from the “uk based company that makes it in Italy “ was shipped from china and packaged so tightly that even months later the creases haven’t dropped out

Filth. Customer service. Don’t even bother. It’s auto generated responses. False claims of previously reply and a refund policy so crooked you’ll never see any money back

If I’d paid for cheap quality mats then I’d expect what I got. If they fit and would un crease they probably wouldn’t be half bad But please don’t over pay for exactly what you can order on cheap oriental based sites for a fraction of the price Currently serving as flooring protection in my garage as I’m waiting to see if he creases ever drop or I’ll get a refund

Was going to order but thankfully did enough research to know that I'd be getting ripped off. Also looked on company house & the company has dissolved as of the 2nd of June this year so I'd definitely highly recommend on NOT ordering anything & look elsewhere & DO YOUR RESEARCH

Don't buy these

Don't buy these. The quality and fit are terrible. You have to fix them down with double sided sticky taped velcro which just comes unstuck with your foot movement especially on the drivers side. Absolutely rubbish.

Poor Quality and Not as Advertised

Poor Quality and Not as Advertised
I was very disappointed with these mats. The quality is poor, especially around the edging/ring finish, and they look nothing like the pictures shown on the website. For the price charged, I expected a much better product. Unfortunately, they feel cheap and are not worth the money. Overall, this was a waste of money and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Poor fitment

Poor fitment. They're too thick around the clutch and are a couple of mm too small so there are gaps all around the mats.

Contacted customer service and they've sent a second drivers side Matt put saying it was a production error but Im not convinced due to the fitment of the others.

Not a happy customer. Shame as I'm looking for some seat covers too. Would not recommend

Save your sanity and money

To start with I contacted them to ask about fitting, just to ensure they would, I was promised perfect fitting. I was sent a link to use, which I did. Mats arrived, rolled up squashed and creased, no free gifts. Was told not entitled to them because I used the link that they sent me?? Finally got mats straightened out and they didn’t fit right, in the end I took them out when they moved and blocked my break pedal, had to use hand break to stop. Regardless of how many times I contacted customer service I just got the same cut and paste excuses. Please for your safety and wallet don’t buy them.
