I have used this company before and was very satisfied/ This time I put in an order and received an email saying delivered. The were not. I have sent numerous messages to their email and tried calling multiple times. Always an answering machine. They state they are a UK company but it appears they are in Hong Kong, so that is false advertising as far as I can see. Strongly recommend not to be used.

The carpets don’t fit properly in fact I’m sure there not intended for my car I even purchased more adhesive carpet grippers to try and hold them down and after three weeks I’ve removed them from my car . The free gifts are all in the bin as they are very poor quality
Feel very dissatisfied and urge people not to purchase and save your money.

these mats are very low quality . Having waited longer than stated delivery date , to say I was dissapointed is an uderstatement.
THEY ARE APPAULING QUALITY . CHEAPLY MADE.ALSO I ORDERED RIGHT HAND DRIVE & RECEIVED LEFT HAND DRIVE SO TOTALLY USELESS.
I am now awaiting whipmats response to my query . I am not hopeful for a decent outcome

Terrible company sending emails everyday for 2 weeks with no reply. I bought them for a ford ranger passenger side fits fine drivers side does not. And the rubber chsion plate is peeling before I even put them in. Don't buy from this company Terrible.

I ordered Whipmats for my wife’s car for her birthday, they hadn’t turned up before we went away so I tried to get in touch with them and had no response. I then read various blogs including this one and was horrified ! I got in touch with the bank and they agreed and cancelled payment
Of course when we got home a few weeks later the mats were there! The quality was shocking and they didn’t fit, far from superior materials they were cheap I’ll fitting tat !
I had an email from them demanding payment ! I explained they were not fit for purpose and why and said they were re packaged ready for collection. I gave them my phone number and email to discuss the matter but never heard anything. Since then I’ve had repeated demands for payment and now a credit chasing company
Also the free gifts suposedly due never did turn up !
Looks like I have a battle on and I’m happy to go to court !
They are simply not fit for use both in terms of quality nothing like described and poor fitting.
If they continue I’ll copy in trading standards but I’d never buy from this company again !

I mistakenly placed an order with this firm and immediately contacted them to make them aware that the order was mistakenly placed and l requested that they cancel the order.
I received confirmation that my message had been received and that they would respond within 24hrs. I also attempted to contact them phone, but all l got was an answer phone. I left a message requesting the cancellation of the order and provided my order details.

I did not get any reply from them in this 24hr period. So l again made contact with them and there response was to say that they had already processed my order and would not be able to cancel it.

They went on to say once an order has been placed they will not offer a refund or a return option as they claim the item is made to fit that vehicle type. So they would be unable to resell the item.

This is an absolute disgrace DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

This company is a joke. The mats are very cheap don't fit and have worn within 2month. The customer service is diabolical, they take your money and arnt interested after that so I reported them to my credit card lloyds and received my money back as I won the dispute now they are threatening me by keep emailing me asking for the money. This was they email from yesterday

Please note: if the balance remains unpaid after this final notice period, the case will be referred to our external recovery partner in the UK. At that stage, the recovery partner may apply their own administration or recovery fees in line with their terms; these would be itemized separately by them. This is included to explain the standard escalation step in our process.

We ask that the full balance be settled within 3 business days.

THE QUALITY OF THESE MATS ARE TERRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE US TRAGIC. DON'T BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENTS. VERY BAD QUALITY AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR REFUND, THEY SAY IT'S WEAR AND TEAR.

Mats don’t fit terrible fitting really cheap and nasty.I would never recommend them clear. Terrible customer service they don’t deserve any one’s money. Mine arrived I tried to fitting them but they didn’t fit. I got online to check my order but they didn’t answer my concern. They just berry their head in the sand. They repeatedly asked for photos of which I sent several times. They are not to be trusted. They take your money and then they send really cheap and nasty badly fitted mats. Please don’t believe the advertisement

STAY AWAY First of all I was told the seat covers I ordered for my car would not fit, however they had already gone into production so I really don't understand how that works they would not let me cancel my order even minutes after purchasing. I did also order a few other products, when they arrived it's all just cheap tat from Alibaba resold at a super inflated price. Even though I was still prepared to pay for the rest of the tat the seat covers I needed a refund on. I emailed the company multiple times but had no response at all until I did a charge back via my bank. After the bank decided in my favour and issued the refund these fools are now contacting me telling me I need to pay within 72 hours then again hounding me to pay within 24 hours and threatening to send it to their collections department. What kind of dodgy company keeps contacting you remake payment after the dispute has already been delt with by the bank.

I ordered a set of mats for my car from this sham of a company only for them to turn up looking like cheap toot from a £1 store nothing like in pictures or videos they show on their adverts and their customer service is disgusting they won't do anything to help U even tho I spent over £100 on cheap mats, the also wear out in a month or 2 and on their website it says comes with 1 year warranty but that is a load of bull, when u email them they say 14 days lol 😂, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND SEND U CHEAP RUBBISH

Faulty mats sent and not replying to messages, will get my bank involved for refund. Keep clear of these unreliable people

Very poor experience — I would not recommend WhipMats

My experience with WhipMats has been extremely poor. I placed an order but did not receive the goods into my possession. The courier evidence showed the parcel had been left outside/near bins, which I did not authorise and which is not the same as the item being safely delivered to me.

I put the matter in the hands of Mastercard, who reviewed the situation and refunded me. Despite this, WhipMats are now trying to demand money from me for goods I never actually received.

In my view, their customer service has been poor, their handling of the dispute has been unacceptable, and the overall experience has caused unnecessary stress. They appear to be relying on the courier marking the parcel as “delivered”, rather than dealing properly with the fact that the item was never received by me.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other customers to be very careful before ordering from WhipMats, especially if anything goes wrong with delivery.

I would not use WhipMats again.

I ordered the liners and top mats for front and back at £155. Arrived when I was on holiday despite saying it would take weeks. Just opened and I was gutted when I saw them - very poor quality, cheap and nasty...so bad I wouldn't give them away to anyone else. Absolutely nothing like the pictures in the ad where the top striped mats looked bright,thick,plush and sporty these were sparse and dull. B &M or Home Bargains provide better quality products for their shelves- i only wish they did car mats (and they'd be a fraction of the price). Massively disappointed so dont believe their review photos as I did. 😪

Bought a set of car mats from this company in January I waited over 2 months for delivery I did everything by the book left them for a week to get all the crease out of them came to fit them but they just didn’t look anything like the photos on there advert .I left them for a couple of weeks and when I removed them the size was totally wrong I got in touch with the company which were very sympathetic to my case told me as it was more than 14 days since I received them they were not able to help me in any way so it’s just tough luck for me as a result they are now in a plastic bag in my loft. I would ask anyone who is thinking of buying goods from this company to think long and hard before buying from this company I am an 80year old man and a bit of a petrol head who is now £100 out of pocket if you own a vw golf mk 8 and want a set of cheap car mats give me a ring ( in may I was offered a free gift if I gave them a 4or5 star rating) needless to say I will not be receiving anything by telling the truth

Follow up to seat covers i bought from this sham company please do not buy from this crap company .Once they sell to you they are not interested if you complain . The driver seat covers is starting to tear now just rubbish only been 2 months be aware do not waste your money on this rubbish company they dont give a dam .Chinese rubbish.

Absolute Scam company claiming to make bespoke mats , they are a joke
I bought the full set .
Main floor mats aren’t bespoke and don’t cover whole carpet
Overmats are the cheapest crap I’ve ever seen look like they’re made from old plastic bottles , cheap tat and look extremely flammable
Boot mat isn’t even close to fitting , they don’t have sizes right or anything
Complete waste of money and no telephone so you can’t speak to anyone .

I ordered Black and Red stitching Whipmats for my van after reading the reviews and adverts praising the strength and attractiveness of the product. I have to say I was a little dubious when I read they were made for a perfect fit in vehicles including my VW Transporter T5.1.
The mats arrived shortly before my planned 2 week trip to the North of Scotland to complete the NC 500.I was please to find the mats fitted perfectly as claimed. The quality felt good. The following 2 weeks were a good field test for the durability of the mats in the Scottish Highlands. I experienced every weather condition thinkable. Hot Sunshine , torrential rain, mud, hail, high winds. I wore my hiking boots on the mats daily, usually muddy and wet with gravel trod in too.
I've now returned from my venture and cleaned my van inside and out. I washed over the mats and they are as good as the advert... tough and come up like new.
I fully recommend this product.

Emailed to ask if they had a specific set for my car and they assured me they did , ordered a set and they are nothing close to the originals . Avoid and save wasting your money

Save your money. Custom fit matts made by a blind person and slide all over the place as the fittings dont even match the car. Waste of £60
