Wet Wall Works Reviews

Excellent customer service and advice.
Great Wall panels, ceiling kit and trims, even got a complementary fitting/cleaning kit as the total came over a certain amount! was still a great price.

Panels are light, great construction tounge and groove which fitted together seamlessly

All deliverd quickly and well packaged by courier

Would recommend to anyone looking to refurb a bathroom.

Excellent from start to finish.
Excellent advice on products that suited our refurbishment
Excellent as promised delivery on time .
Would recommend wet wall works to everyone. Stuart in the Greenock office was a fantastic help .

WWW were first class but although the haulier was speedy we received no notice of delivery and the package was left outside the dwelling without the delivery note being signed.NOT GOOD.Hauliers should always inform the customer who can then make arrangements to receive the goods.WWW need to remind their haulier of this basic requirement.

Delivered on time and a greater product but one requested item was missing and I had to source it elsewhere to enable the job to be completed

I am really pleased with these panels, good quality & look lovely in my new bathroom . I was very happy with service from this company, good communication & delivered vet quickly.

Superb delivery service.
The panels we purchased, along with the trims and Cladseal kit did the job perfectly. Even on our uneven and not square walls.

Hassle free ordering and did handy live chat with representative to establish delivery dates. Wall boards came within a week. Only downside is the delivery driver was rather heavy handed with the goods! Other than that perfectly happy with the device sand experience. Good quality wall panels.

Ordered a Friday night - got Tuesday - would have been an next day delivery if I had ordered during the week - on delivery 3 panels were damaged - message straight away - 3 new panels were on my door step 1st thing the next morning - would well recommend this company

I have only ordered 2 samples of the wet wall cladding.I have also found the company very helpful.Until I have place an order to complete my bathroom,my review is based on my experience to date.

Brilliant service. Received 2 damaged boards, replaced within 2 days. First class service.

Great range of products, excellent prices, easy ordering and efficient friendly delivery.

Good price and delivered on time. Good service

Great service; good product

Ordered some sample. wife’s loves the product well packaged when came will be in touch to place an order in new future

ordered shower wall panel but even with tongue and groove join there was a visible line. At the top no line but as you look down the line becomes more visible. Clearly the panel is faulty as the join at top is ok but a gap appears when looking down the panel. contacted them to replace but they said cannot replace unless gap is more than 3mm. Panels were full price and delivery is expensive. overall I would not buy from them again. I will now look at finding a sealant to colour match.

Fantastic product and brilliant customer service. Stuart deserves a big mention as had problems with the delivery service on the Isle Of Man but he was very helpful in helping getting it sorted. Would certainly recommend using them especially as living on an Island their product even with delivery cost was still half the price of buying it locally. Bought ceiling kit and wall boards and bathroom looks brilliant 👍👍👍👍
