I ordered wet wall panel from this company and everything arrived in great condition within a week of ordering, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I ordered a bath fit "kit" which was very disappointing and was in fact just one strip of pvc grooved fitting stuff that wasn't long enough to do all around the bath, the term "kit" implyed there were instructions on how to use and implied there was enough product to do the whole bath but there wasn't, but other than that was great service and quality product, will use again

I received a damage panel. I contacted them within their required 24hours. I had to chase and chase to get any response. I was offered a replacement but not for 3 weeks after the initial order had been placed. Also refused to refund until they collected. Again, they can’t collect for 3 weeks after the order was placed! Product looks good but APPAULING service.

We tried samples before we decided what to order.
I ordered over the telephone, the gentleman was helpful and interested. The order came late, but was wrapped well and no damage. Fitting was easy and very pleased.

I went to the Greenock store on sat 28/11/20 and was dealt with what appeared to be a friendly guy.
I gave him my measurements and told him I was looking for 8mm white gloss ceiling panels.i was given poor quality 5mm and overcharged at that. I was charged £190 for 24 panels 6 plain edging trims and 2 joints. For that price it should definitely been 8mm.Gutted I have let myself get ripped off with money I can ill afford to lose. They offer to take product back but don't mention the 20% restock fee. Dick Turpin wore a mask.

I am so super impressed with this store. I did attempt to buy wall panels locally but the customer service was shocking, so I looked further afield.
I called wet wall works 3 times prior to ordering and the guys who answered the phone talked through everything. Nothing was too much trouble. I placed my order and the delivery came less than a week later. The delivery man thought there was a parcel missing and I called wet wall and was blown away by their helpfulness. It turned out 2 parcels were stuck together, and the order was complete. I called them back to let them know. The product looks as expected but the customer service was beyond outstanding. Well done to the wet wall team.

Been waiting for almost a month for our panels.Builders ripped out bathroom weeks ago on the basis of ETA and now have not got access to a bathroom thanks to this lot.They claim they tried to deliver when they did not.So I can't comment on the quality of their products. Hopefully this negative review will present them an opportunity to redeem themselves because at the moment I feel like I have been taken for a ride by con merchants!

Went into the Hillington shop recently, but was more of a building site than a showroom. Had to avoid builders and workmen building a second floor onto the small shop. Was a hassle especially when my wife and I had to bring our baby with us.
If this wasn't bad enough, the selection in store was small compared to others in the area and then when we mentioned we would looked at a couple of other companies before potentially coming back - floor staff started to bad mouth them. Claiming their products were rubbish. That they had a poor service etc.

I'm sorry but that put me off using your company at all. Bad mouthing the competition isn't a sales technique it is poor business and one that does Wet Wall Works no favour at all.

You should train your staff to promote the benefits of your product rather than slagging off the competition as some last ditch attempt to win custom.

I have to say this is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received! We ordered 2 panels, one broke when being put in situ, called wet works to order replacement, however when replacement came it was a different colour, called the guys, they advised that the product had changed, but would try and source one. I Advised I had a joiner booked the following day. Not only did they manage to source the one I needed, but delivered that day, with an additional board ( just in case!) can’t remember the guys name in Hillington that I dealt with, but extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks guys, you can now pick up the spare board lol

I ordered 2 Shower Wall Panels, I only used the standard delivery method so they took a few days to arrive but this wasn't a problem. The panels were well packaged and arrived undamaged. Good service from this company, no complaints from me

I was unaware of wall panels until my builder suggested using them as an alternative to tiles in the bathroom. I’m so pleased he did as I am thrilled with the look. I chose a light background with tiny flecks of sparkling colours which complement my mainly white bathroom. Everyone who has seen them is very impressed. So thank you and hopefully the panels will last looking like this forever.

Visited Wet Wall Works in Greenock. Excellent advice, friendly, polite, efficient service from John McKay who had our order ready to collect on time as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Really impressed with service received from Wet Wall Works. Ordered late Monday afternoon - delivered to Highlands Wednesday lunchtime (and no excessive carriage charges either).
Still to install panels but so far so good.

the items i purchased were of good quality delivery time was as the say within 7 days communication with the staff was good on the phone and via e,mails i would recommend them to any body
