Lovely jewellery boxes and great customer service. I am very happy with the quality of the boxes, and the customised logo looks beautiful. I also buy my shipping boxes and tissue paper from Westpack too and find the quality excellent and good value.

I switched my packaging to Westpack because they were the only company I could find who did 100% plastic free. I'd buy the cardboard boxes without inserts, then the cardboard inserts separately. Until they stopped selling the boxes without inserts. Luckily I could switch to the 'tall oil' inserts. Now they've stopped doing them. I'm now looking for another supplier. I live in a very eco-aware town and have made the fact that my packaging is plastic free a big selling point. Surely all companies should be trying to increase their eco-friendly options?

I have changed my logo and Westpac kept me informed by email. Easy! My new logo looks fabulous and especially so printed on the gift boxes and sticky labels

Westpack products are really good, they are also quick with delivery, even to the UK.

While the products offered by the company are of very good quality, the level and quality of service are abysmal. Overall, I get the impression that the company has a policy: If you don't like something, you don't have to buy from us. Customer service is a matter of condescension.
