Failed to deliver

Good website to order from but totally let down by their choice of courier, DPD.

It is currently 16:38 and my delivery today was scheduled to be made between 15:40 and 16:40.

But I have just had an email from DPD to say I wasn't in when they attempted delivery. Well that's a lie and the CCTV looking at our gates backs me up. So now I have to go and collect my parcel from a distant post office in two days time.

This company chose to use DPD who are a poor courier at the best of times and I am now inconvenienced and without my parcel.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it appears that the payment for your order placed through our Jars and Bottles website did not go through successfully. As our system only processes prepaid orders, the transaction failure meant the order was never registered within our internal system.

Because the order wasn’t acknowledged by our system, we unfortunately had no visibility of it, which is why the bottles were not dispatched.

If you haven’t already done so, we would recommend getting in touch with our sales team who will be more than happy to look into this for you and help resolve the issue.
