Order forgotten about and tonnes of plastic in packaging

My order was forgotten about for two weeks and was only dispatched after I got in touch two weeks later, also the package contained an atrocious amount of plastic which was very depressing. I would like to sync companies as big as this would find more sustainable packaging.. overall not a good experience.

Replacement lids for the 250ml milk bottles

Some time ago I bought some 250ml milk bottles for a friend. But fast forward few years on, the lids needs to be replaced. I came straight back to the website, all well explained and good, found the lids.
The lids themselves are not expensive, and the quality is good. However the posting is a bit pricey. But they were what my friend needed so, all good. Easy to order and fast delivery
