It is easy to submit your claim online

It is easy to submit your claim online. Payment used to be received in about 4-5 days, but has taken a bit longer recently. However, it is still a great service and has saved me lots of money! Thank you!

Very poor APP

While Westfield do pay claims pretty quickly after you've submitted them, the process for making a claim, especially via the APP, is very clunky and difficult to navigate and could be improved a huge amount. In these days of APPs being used for multiple things, the Westfield one rates about 1 out of 5 stars at best.
