Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 79 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers reported significant issues with withdrawing funds or shares, often waiting years without success. Reviewers frequently mentioned that the company changed terms and conditions, leading to accounts being closed due to inactivity and the loss of accumulated shares. The app itself was often criticized for not working, and many felt misled by promises of earning money back through purchases. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the app was easy to use for shopping and appreciated the concept of earning shares, despite the long waiting periods for potential payouts.

Would not recommend at all.

Would not recommend. The deadline to be on the stock market was September 2024, now it got pushed back, there is no progress whatsoever, ended up spending a lot of money here without the possibility to sell or get my money back. Until further notice 1 star is more than I should give.

WhatsApp groups now been stopped

What a load of rubbish. Was lured in on false pretenses. To top it off, the WhatsApp groups have now stopped everyone apart from Admins from writing a message. A clear sign that the majority aren't happy! What a way to silence any complaints ;) disgraceful! I won't be shopping through them again.

ABSOLUTE SCAM PURE AND SIMPLE!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM PURE AND SIMPLE!!! They will will never go public on the market!! They will be getting revenue via retailers for us idiots paying through there app and for advertising. They lured me in I increase my holiday budget by £2k thinking I’ll treat family as I would have saved that money and this way I get both perks!

They have just released new update basically still trying to go through steps to go public they’ve been on same phase for years. I have over £5k in shares which will always be less useful than Monopoly money atleast you can have fun with that! You cost me £2k of my family savings with false advertisement be very proud as I feel very stupid.

They know as soon as they go public they will just crash from everyone selling shares therefore they just keep raking in the advertisement and retailer fees in while we get nothing

Most postive views I guarantee are fake! They never respond or rarely to negative people asking were there money is that they were expecting.

Atleast cash back sites actually payout compared to your Ponzi scheme!

I employ you all to raise complaint via trade and standards if they fail to achieve what they promised which they will at the end of Q4.

Waste of time

Waste of time, don't bother. I've been using this for just over a year. Managed to build up £950 which I assumed once it had been a year I could sell the shares and withdraw. Totally not the case. You can turn your shares into a certificate and then it's pretty much useless. It really is too good to be true. Unless it goes onto the share market you'll never have the money. Pointless. Better of using a different site.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They promise money back and you can cash out after a year. As you pay you earn shares. It's all a load of balls.

Avoid - total waste of your time and you never get access to your share money!

Total waste of time. Used this regularly during purchases over the past year, money supposedly becomes available to withdraw after 12 months from the purchase dates, so I thought great, it will work out well for some extra pennies around Christmas. But now it seems impossible to get any access to the 'money/shares' you accumulate. Customer service is just an automated bot. Finally got a response from a 'human' who said they now have to send the funds to retailer review for them to release the money which can take 90 days. Then contracticed that by saying they can only release the money once WeShop becomes regulated. Seems very bizarre...I would just avoid it. I'd love to speak to anybody that has ever actually been able to get their money back.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I've been a member for almost 2 years. Cannot withdraw which was promised when I first joined. They say you now have to sell them to receive anything back but they cannot be sold because the shares are worth nothing.

What's the point?

No withdrawal available, no option to sell on the stock market. No way to actually receive any sort of money.

The link they direct you to for their ipo is nothing but waffle, with no meaningful information.

Overall, a waste of time
