Never got my parcel and they never reply to all my emails.
Don't buy anything from them, I always followed them blog and thought that was a serious company but seem more as a scam.
Struggling with paypal to get my money back

I ordered a e-reader smart phone from them a year ago. They took my money and never sent me anything. I emailed them and message them. I even commented on their store and they took comments off their store after that. Do not trust this place. The owe me over $1000 or my phone. Either way horrible and you can not get a response from them. Phone number doesn't even exist anymore!

I attempted to purchase an e-reader. The company never delivered it. They never responded to a single email I sent. I had to recover my money via PayPal. Do not purchase from this company!

Ordered and paid for a kindle scribe from them and received no contact. Requested a full refund and no contact. Never received the kindle or the refund. Had to go through a lengthy procedure with paypal to get my money back. Avoid.

It’s a scam website. I paid for the service. No service. I contacted with the website. No response. No ways to contact with the website. Paid but no service. It’s a scam.

Created an account without my knowledge or consent when I made an order, with the account username being my full name. Gross privacy violation. After seeing the scores on here, this seems par for the course. I'm more than likely going to have to file a chargeback because they're not going to send me anything.

EDIT: Paypal gave me a temporary refund while they started a claim. The owner never responded, so two weeks later Paypal closed the case in my favor. A few hours after the case-closed email, I got an order confirmation email from the site. The owner is either dead, dying, or bankrupt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT ORDER WITH DEBIT. EVEN IF YOU USE CREDIT, YOU WILL BE STUCK IN CHARGEBACK CASE HELL FOR FOR WEEKS, IF NOT A MONTH OR MORE. I only skated by because I used Paypal and saw these reviews immediately after I purchased.

I would rate it zero star if I could. I ordered a boox inksense stylus plus pen. PayPal thankfully gave me a refund for the item. A few days ago I received a stylus, one with no batteries….just a cheap one like the ones you can buy in the pound shop. but they have today stated that I have reveived the item.
Do not buy from this company as they do not send out what you pay for. I wish I had read reviews about them before purchasing.

Paid for the item. Never received a receipt. My account was never created on their website. Nobody ever answered emails. Links for return do not work. I had to dispute the purchase with my bank about a month later. Out of the blue they emailed me saying I stole an order from them and they will pursue legal action. What a bunch of clowns. Scam artist. Do not buy from goodereader, not a quaderno <- zero support from Fujitsu, and all the doc is in Japanese.

SCAM ALERT. Do not purchase from Good e-Reader. I placed an order and didn't receive any updates. After contacting sales/customer service 2 weeks later with no response, and then again after month fro placing my order, I still received no response, tracking number, nothing! I had to file a claim to get a refund.

SCAM! Do not use this website!
Ordered a $2000 device and never received it. ZERO customer service, phone number is out of order, no email replies. Completely ghosted me and kept my money.

The site look so professional, but I should have searched for reviews before ordering! I can only agree with the other recent reviews here. I ordered a new stylus. After almost a month without any updates I started sending inquiry emails. No response whatsoever. Only after I defaulted them, the status suddenly changed from "Confirmed" to "On its way", without any email or notification. But after another month still no updates and no received product.
Luckily I used Paypal so I was able to get a full refund through them.

Edit: after three months it looked like I would finally receive my order. A package from Japan had arrived... but it contained a cheap Chinese stylus instead of the expensive Boox one I ordered. Still no communication whatsoever

I got scammed. I ordered from them, 6 months later they cancelled the order and never refunded the money. Since that's outside of paypal's dispute window, I was left with nothing.

Do not order from this outlet. I ordered a cover for my nook, and it never arrived. I emailed them a number of times, and they did not reply. Eventually I called my credit card and disputed the charge, and they found in my favor and refunded my money.

Good e-Reader should be banned! It publishes disinformation and pretends that it does "research"; It will say the sun rises in the West, just to sell whatever is on its site. Now AI makes it worse, because the engine algorithms seem to pick up Good e-Reader disinformation rather than legimate reviewer-test sites. Be Warned! Disregard good e-Reader! (Most recent example, Good e-Reader states that Wacom pens will damage Supernote devices ~ entirely false! Whereas due to certain proprietary choices, some Wacom pens cannot be made to work on Supernote devices, Wacom pens have plastic nibs and will not scratch a Supernote device [in fact it is the other way around, the ceramic nib on some Supernote pens can scratch Wacom screens]).....AND insult to injury, the prices in the Good e-Reader store are just OUTRAGEOUS (e.g., Staedtler pen selling for $38 on Amazon sold by Good e-Reader for $79, LAMY Safari twin sold by Ratta for $89 sold by Good e-Reader for $140, etc.) SCAMMERS and FRAUDS!

My first order for a WACOM stylus was successful and I was very pleased with the outcome. I thought I had misplaced it so I ordered another one from the same company, Good e-Reader. After processing my order and sending me a confirmation in December 2024, there has been no tracking information on the product nor has the product been received as of 2/7/2025. I have sent several emails to sales, support, and store at goodereader, without receiving a response. Well, I did get one from support saying I should contact store. Fortunately, I purchased this using my PayPal account so I will be requesting my money back through PayPal. I hope that process goes well.

I have started a refund request with PayPal. Interestingly, the contact email of the vendor is reported as - akylek @ yahoo.com - perhaps, we should all start sending complaints there instead!

There is no customer service, period. You gamble when you buy from them. If you recently ordered cancel it with your credit card as you won't have any luck getting them to cancel it.

As others mentioned change the card number you used with them, or call your bank and block them from being able to charge you.

I should have read the reviews before placing an order but my daughter wanted this for Christmas so I used the link she gave me without bothering to look at where they were located or anything else. Similar experience as most others except that I got a refund from PayPal because after 5 emails to the company there was no response. No tracking or delivery info ever provided. Feels very scammiy to me. Fortunately I found a similar item for less in my own country and an eReader stand as well, which in total was about the same price as just the eReader page turner so it worked out well. Just save yourself the effort of even ordering from this company. It's quite likely to go wrong.

No return policy at all. Awful support and not reliable store at all. I would not recommend. It's better to order from Aliexpress than from them.
Seems like they are not professional at all and family run store.
