Great advice. Very knowledgeable rep.

Great advice.
The representative gave me lots of information about the products you supply. However, the online ordering was a shambles. The order didn't seem to make it through to the site and I wasn't informed about a collection. I had to ring the site directly to organize a pick up. Also, the website showed items that were out of stock even though there was plenty of stock in the depot.

Recently dealt with this company for railway sleepers for a garden project.
What a class outfit with brilliant customer service.
The sleepers were the cheapest I could find in the uk, and believe me I looked.
Would highly recommend👌

I ordered 30 2.4m sleepers from Wern…

I ordered 30 2.4m sleepers from Wern Wood back in April for a garden project.
From start to finish they were friendly and helpful, from the gent I dealt with when ordering them to the 2 guys that delivered and unloaded them.
The product is great, the service was great, that's what you want from a company these days!! MB

Good company to deal with

Good company to deal with. Some of the wood 4x2 4.8m lengths were not up to scratch. Some bowed and some split but managed to use them. Driver and mate who delivered were polite and unloaded the wood. They were an asset to your company. Decking was of a good quality. Good response when talking to the company. Delivered on time.

Super helpful driver

I took delivery of some sleepers today. The wood looks good quality and the driver went above and beyond to leave the timber in the best place for me. I would definitely recommend Wern Wood.

Couldn't ask for better 10/10

Great bunch! Ordered online over the bank holiday weekend, it was delivered nice and early Wednesday morning! They even took it round the back garden for us.
