Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the impact the delayed delivery had on your installation schedule.

We completely understand your frustration. As a bathroom installer, timing is critical, and we appreciate that not receiving all items together on the Friday caused inconvenience and delayed your project until the shower tray arrived on Monday. We apologise for the lack of communication regarding the split delivery and agree that better visibility of this would have been helpful in allowing you to plan accordingly.

With regard to the toilet seat, we appreciate why this came as a surprise. However, it is becoming increasingly common within the industry for toilets to be supplied without a seat, as many manufacturers now offer multiple seat styles and upgrade options to suit different customer preferences. The product description for the toilet ordered does advise that the seat is not included, but we appreciate that this detail can sometimes be overlooked when placing an order.

We are genuinely sorry that these issues detracted from your experience with us. Your comments regarding communication have been noted, as we are always looking at ways to improve the information provided to our customers throughout the ordering and delivery process.

Water ingress can occur through a variety of means, including installation, sealant failure, plumbing connections, room conditions, or product-related issues, and each case needs to be assessed on its individual merits. We appreciate your comments regarding the vanity unit and understand your frustration, particularly given that it has only been in use for six months.
