We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that the original shower tray was booked for delivery with Arrow XL. Upon checking with the courier, they have advised that they received a response to their delivery booking request stating that the goods were no longer required, and as a result they began the process of returning the tray back to us. At that stage, we had not received any communication from yourself requesting that the order be cancelled or returned.

When you later contacted us to advise that you had not received the delivery, we raised a replacement order immediately to avoid any further delay whilst the courier investigated what had happened to the original shipment.

Following this, you contacted us again to advise that the replacement tray had the waste outlet in the wrong position. The replacement had simply been raised as an identical replacement for the product you originally ordered. Once we advised that we could supply an alternative tray with the waste positioned as you required, you decided not to proceed as there was a price difference and instead requested that the order be cancelled.

We appreciate that this was a frustrating experience and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We continually review feedback relating to our delivery partners to help improve the service we provide.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you have had. We fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as the delays impacted the progress of your installation.

Unfortunately, the original shower tray arrived damaged in transit, which necessitated a replacement being arranged. Regrettably, when the replacement order was raised, the delivery address details did not migrate across correctly, resulting in the goods being sent to the billing address rather than the intended delivery address. We apologise for this error and the additional inconvenience it caused.

Having reviewed your order, I can now see that the replacement shower tray has been successfully delivered.

We understand that this was far from the level of service we aim to provide and are sorry for the disruption and time spent resolving the issue. Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to help improve our processes going forward.

We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience.

With regard to the delivery, we do clearly advise that our deliveries are kerbside. Whilst our delivery partners will always make every effort to get goods as close to the front door as is safely possible, factors such as steep inclines, gravel or pebble driveways, steps and other access restrictions can prevent this. For this reason, we also recommend that customers have an additional person available to assist with moving larger or heavier items once delivered.

In relation to the mixer tap, we appreciate the inconvenience caused. Following your report, a refund was issued for the faulty valve. We can see there are other components from the kit that you chose to retain. If you no longer wish to keep these items, you are welcome to request a return by completing our returns form at:

We are sorry that our response time did not meet your expectations. While we always aim to respond as quickly as possible, there are occasions where demand can lead to delays, and we apologise that this impacted your bathroom installation.
