The website was confusing with no checkout that I could find when I left it thinking I have not ordered anything. About an hour later I had a question to look on my bank account and found that six lots of payment had been deducted totalling £167.20 I was not aware of having ordered anything. I was trying to order one set of kneepads at £38.95. I immediately contacted well need to cancel the order with unsatisfactory reply. I sent three other emails wrapping up my dissatisfaction and finally realised after the third planned and rather city reply that they were AI repliesor full of how much customers are valued, et cetera. Whatever email was sent one of these planned replies.

I made an order on Sunday and to my greatest shock I had two transactions coming out of my account One of the transactions written Wellnee CK and another GETBANDOPATCHES
here is where it gets more interesting. I didn’t get an email for the order that’s when I started seeing the red flags. Then next thing is I tried to contact the customer services. Literally it’s anerican website. No way of contacting them. When eventually I did they said they didn’t have any evidence of me ordering anything from them. I have since disputed one of the payments of £40. And I am going to report another payment. What frustrates me is that some people on trust pilot have given th positive reviews and that’s what’s misled me. I can’t share all the full details now because I am in the process of following up this order. So I have no order number I am so angry. I don’t know if I will ever get my money back. Please don’t order from this particular website wellnee

This is a scam they sent wrong order .i tried to cancel after just 5 minutes that the item was wrong .they said it had already shipped,that’s a lie,do not do business with this company.

Disengenuous comp' they don't mention its based in China plus you order one thing but they add an extra 1 or 2 orders to your bill .....that you can expect 2 to 4 weeks later ....

Did not complete order - as confirmed by email from Wellnee. Yet they took the money and have failed to refund.

Beware! Major Ripoff! I'm out my money and never got the product! Their "Corporate Policy" says no refunds after 30 days. I sent a copy of the email about my missing delivery after 7 days. Then they said corporate policy, they can't refund a lost shipment, then can't refund for a wrong address and on it went for 9 emails where I showed them everything! I've never seen a company try SO HARD to NOT satisfy a customer! It was a stunning experience. And from the other reviews I've seen, July Fu and Lauren just cut and paste the same response for every question--This company is horrible!

Do not buy from Wellnee
I ordered ONE knee brace £21.90 form this company because I had just had a knee op, next morning I found they had charged me £61.85. I emailed immediately to say this was wrong, got email back saying no this is right, emailed again no joy. I only clicked and paid for one, now today I have 5 and what the ….. am I going to do with 5.
Please don’t trust this company you can’t talk to them.

Charged me twice disgusting customer service

The same thing has happened to me, all whilst having constant emailing back and forth charging me twice and me sending them back for a refund, I am out of pocket and they now have 6 packets on the way back to them to resend them and now scam someone else. Don’t trust the Chinese ( just think back to COVID)

This company is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I usually do but i really needed a knee brace after injuring my knee and having to travel a couple weeks later, so wanted to have something supportive for the flight and this looked good. I ordered the brace but as I felt I wasn't going to receive the item in time, I had ordered another brace in the meantime. I emailed the company to try to cancel the order but received a response letting me know I couldn't cancel as the item had been processed and shipped.
When the order finally arrived I opened the plastic bag (with a zipper top) to check what the brace looked like. I didn't use the brace as I had the one I'd bought previous while waiting for the Wellnee brace. The next day I saw an email advising how to use the gel patch with the knee brace. I didn't remember seeing a gel patch in the bag as I had very quickly glanced at the brace. I wasn't sure whether mine came with a gel patch or not, but I emailed letting them know the situation and if the brace works best with the patch where is mine. Mine apparently didn't come with a patch as it turned out. I said If I ordered the wrong item can I return this one. And also the brace I currently use works pretty well so I'd like to just return the Wellnee brace. Apparently the policy at Wellnee is that once you open the plastic bag, whether the use the brace or not, the item cannot be returned! They keep referring to it as 'used' even though I have strongly denied using it, it's more about opening the package. How else are you meant to check the item you paid for. Customer Service told me "ok I know you didn't use the item" but you opened the bag, therefore you cannot return it. Can you imagine buying a blouse, and to decide whether to keep it or not you can only look at it through the plastic bag before making a decision!
All in all a very crooked company. Cheats and scammers. I'm £17+ out of pocket and literally the same brace is available on eBay for around £5.00-£7.00. Please STAY AWAY from this company. They have 'excellent' response time to emails but every word they write is a lie. Listen to someone who writes reviews all the time. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS.

I bought 4 discounted packs to try for £31.85, but then was sent an additional 2 packs for £31.10 on the same day that I DID NOT order. Beware of buying from this company.

If you want to try a Wellnee product, do not buy it from the Wellnee website. I went to buy one box, they added 8 boxes I did not order and took my money, (£87) mining my address from my Paypal account. I contacted them seconds later to cancel the order, but they refused. The items were shipped from Shaghai. I activated the returns procedure, they have sent no returns instructions or documentation. I been on their site 'chat' numerous times explaining what has happened, and that I need to return them for a full refund, but they have not responded. This company has ripped me off by adding items, I wouldn't trust them with any details, I paid with Paypal, so glad I didn't give them any card details. I would advise you to steer clear of this Chinese company, they are not to be trusted.

I tried to order 1 knee brace, 3 times I tried and it didn't seem to process the order. I never received any notification that any of the attempts had gone through. Checking my emails later in the day, I had one from them saying I had placed an order for 8 yesterday (eight). Thinking I had made an error I immediately contacted them to change the order to 1. The refused saying the order had already been processed. After several emails back and forward they are refusing to refund any money. Do not go near them...

Website is designed to confuse old people and to immediately charge with no option to cancel.

My elderly mother was looking at the website and ordered by mistake. The company has not responded to emails or to the online form. Despite asking for cancellation, they have shipped the products from China and not responded to any communication.

Avoid this company!

I placed an order for one pack of five patches.
and I used Paypal for payment.
I kept the order low, with view to test the credibility of these patches. however, when I received my order
receipt, they had added a further box containing
five by five more boxes. I was very upset, and immediately complained. I was told the order could not be altered, as it had gone through their system.
What a load of codswallop. I paid via Paypal, and I quickly instructed them to cancel the order, I got a reply telling me they had stopped the payment,
However, as if by magic, They furnished me with a copy of my bill online, totalling £57.5p
I am so angry with these people , because by all accounts I am far from the only one being scammed by these rogues. I can't see Paypal refunding my money, these people seem to have ways of fiddling everything. They communicate in a polite way, but it's a different story in reality.
GIVE THESE PEOPLE A WIDE BERTH!

Took £89.95 of my money and how ! Apparently I ordered the items I didn’t! Rip off merchants DONOTUSE

Could not use the Wellnee brace owing to disability in my hands. After several emails and much time, was told that the (unopened) brace could only be returned to an address in America. The £17 postage would have cost almost as much as I paid for the item. Was Offered a £7 'discount' but I am out of pocket. I would strongly advise UK customers not to buy from this company.
