I wanted to buy one knee brace and somehow the company charged me for 2 plus some cream that I specifically said I didn’t want, I bought it because the NYT had it as an ad. Right away I wrote to them and they said they had already shipped and I would have to go through their return policy. I told paypal and they canceled one of the purchases. They are a scam do not buy. Strangely enough when I looked at the review it had a 5 star?

Attempted to purchase 1 knee brace. Somehow or other ended up being charged for 2 knee braces and set of knee patches. Bank advised to cancel current visa card which I did fortunately. When I attempted to register issue with whoever, they said I needed to pay a fee of $2.00. They requested my card details. Can't even return excess articles in order to obtain refund as no return address provided. Under no circumstances deal with these thieving thugs.

I placed 2 seperate orders for wellknee braces ,one order was placed 3 week ago, and one order 2 weeks ago ,I have not received anything, really disappointed, as I wes looking forward to some pain relief in my knee's,I want a full refund, or the goods I ordered,I look forward to hearing from you, Thomas kelly

I placed a order only yesterday for a knee brace, only to be charged extra for something I didn't order. Useless customer service, they told me nothing they can done, as order is already shipped. Only wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering! Please save yourself hassle DONT ORDER WITH THEM!! I have left it now with my credit card provider

Wellnee is did not work well on my knee. The brace did not fit well on my knee. It was not big enough to fit properly. Then, I received items I did not order, but was charged on my bank card. When I looked back, I saw that the extra charges were more than the original order. I felt duped after I got the order. And cheated after the extra charges.

Do not use this company . You order 1 knee bra ce you get charged for 4. No help from company . Product not good either.

My bank immediately they stopped the first one then the scammer added more my bank are treated it as a scam , will get me a refund phew !!! But now have no card for 5 days then the pain to sort my accounts again , please do not deal with these people they are utter scammers!!! Marley UK

they are scammers, you order 1 box of patches at £14.00 20 per box, they added another 18 boxes at a cost to me of £221. please do not use. also knee braces which I did not want. Tesco have not got my money back, I am having to stand it.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered 1 knee brace that was so uncomfortable when tou sit downbthat i cant wear it. But they charged me for 5. The order was a total of 21. But i ended up paying another 39.95 bringing the total of 61pounds. Paypal were useless and said because i had the goods i cant have my money back. When placing the order you dont get to review your paypal purchase and o didnt think the order for ONE knee brace had even gone through. I contacted customer services the minute i was billed and they were terrible. Kept saying it was on its way and too late. Then sent me an email telling me how to apply patches i hadnt ordered. I will never order on line again

I ordered knee supports, they arrived but not suitable. I returned and supplied tracking number to address supplied. This was very expensive to do. They are now saying not received and will not refund me! Very costly experience as knee pads were expensive and the return postage was too. Do not order from this company if you wish to return. They do not play fair.

BEWARE!
This is a terrible company and a scam! Don’t go near them. As many people have said, you sign up for a trial product and they add another £40+ of goods to your order. I told them immediately but they claim this can’t happen and it’s too late to change the order. I’ve now received the knee patches which smell disgusting and burn my skin. Do not use. I suspect they are not safe. According to the reviews, there’s no point in paying shipping costs to return as they don’t give full refunds. This should not be allowed to happen and how are they allowed to continue trading?

I ordered on 2/5 an email confirming my order, attached with an invoice and tracking information. Next, tracking on 16/5 said the parcel was out for delivery, and I received the same response every time I checked.
No response, just automated replies. On 4/6, I got a reply as I checked the tracking; the message stated it was returned to sender on 20/5 and that the investigation would resolve in 48 hours. In my reply, I expressed that I was very distressed and my blood pressure was sky high at the age of 73.

Product don't work...total waste of money. Buy large plasters instead and save your money!!!

When I tried to return them they offered me a 50% refund if I kept them the alternative is to return to USA at my own cost Scammed again on social media !

I order the pack of 2 knee braces to be charged for 6 . Tried to cancel order but they won't. They have now been delivered and I tried to send back they wouldn't take them . So order at your pearl there website is really bad to freezes so be ware you might get more than you wanted . The order was £70 I only wanted 2 they were £36 . Feel scammed out my money now I have 6 and they don't fit at all . Anyone want them for free

They do not respond to emails or texts nor do they answer their phone. Will not honor
Their promise to credit or cancel an order.
Their website is a lie. Total scam.

If there was a 0 they would earn it, 1 star is generous. Month and a half ago I ordered one knee brace, of course it has not arrived. My order was also padded with additional pain patches which I did not order, I got that refunded. I think my shipment tracking is bogus as it has cleared customs somewhere as of May 23 per China Post. Total scam, don't order! Better yet just throw your hard earned money out the window, you will never get this product and I doubt it exists. 6/7 OK, my Wellnee arrived, horrible product. I am small boned and this product is made for someone that is tiny! It is too small for me, easily not wide enough. The velcro edges rub my skin because there is not enough fabric for the velcro bits to stick to. Do not order, piece of junk.

I ordered 1 knee brace and they sent and charged me for 5 ! I demanded refund and was told I could have 50% refund . I insisted on 100% . They said I could post them back to them in the USA ( I as in the UK ) at my expense . I refused that and asked them to send me a prepaid postage label which they refused. Therefore I went through PayPal and they refunded my money. Wellnee are cheats . Do not deal with them. They should be investigated by the fraud department.
