Do not order from these people. Complete scammers. On their website I ordered one knee brace. This was changed on the invoixe to 8. They charged me £92. I immediately contacted them to cancel my order before they shipped. They didnt cancel and have since shipped my order. Have read that the same thing has happened to other people. They are completely fraudulent in my opinion. Please do not order from them.

As with other reviewers I ordered 1, but was charged for 2. Cancelled within 15 minutes but told it was too late.

I've escalated but pretty sure there are only 2 people working there and they are now dressing the return further.

I wouldn't put any stars if I could. I ordered 1 knee brace for my husband and found when order was placed that 3 extra knee braces were added to my order. I IMMEDIATELY sent an email to stop the order and was told it was not possible, that you will love our product , so sorry no refunds! No help what so ever.

I ordered one pair of knee braces but found they had ordered a further 2 pairs and tried to confuse me into ordering various other items as well. I cancelled the payment via PayPal and informed Wellnee, who replied that they had updated the order. Nevertheless, the extra knee braces have been sent, without any return instructions or address. I don't know how to deal with this. The braces that I did order have no fitting instructions and do not seem tight enough. They barely allow for my jeans legs to be pulled over them.
P.S. After walking 100 yds, the braces had slipped down my legs. Useless!

I wanted to order a pack of three boxes of patches. I then asked them to change it to their promo for four instead. So far I have been charged for three of their promos and I have a sneaky suspicion I have been charged for knee braces I certainly didn't want as I wasn't even on that part of their site. I have asked a refund and stop the unwanted items before they have been posted.

Scammers. I ordered 1 knee brace for around £21 but when I completed the card information the order changed to 4 plus 4 at half price,a total of £92.!! I immediately tried to cancel but there was no way of doing that. I contacted their "help" desk who said it was too late to change it even though I never ordered 8 units. Fearing the worst,I contacted my bank and changed my debit card so no further sums could be taken. With so many critical reviews I'm amazed this bunch of "criminals" are still operating. Come on Google do something about this. Oh, and the knee braces are useless !!

Their website is dodgy when you're making a purchase. I actually purchased when one of these ads comes up on phone whilst you're looking at something you actually want to look at; as I have problems with knees, I thought I would give it a try. I purchased 1 pack, went through to PayPal to pay, but there was no confirmation of purchase so went back to seller website, saw confirm purchase button and pressed this, only to find that it had sold me another pack at a higher price that included P&P, whereas the original one didn't. I wasn't even taken to PayPal to authorise purchase, it just took money automatically. ive cancelled all automatic payments on my PayPal account. I emailed them to cancel, but they said the order was already processed!!! I rang PayPal next day to see if I could cancel transaction due to dodgy nature, and they said I couldn't as payment had gone through. Paypal finally told me that they can blacklist a seller once they have had so many complaints against them, so I urge you to do this. PayPal advised me to always read reviews before buying and also avoid buying when these advertising windows come up. ive learnt my lesson!! the company also bombarded me with emails of offers and have not replied to my emails - so non-existent customer service!! I have a heart condition so could've done without this stress. plus you can buy these patches under different name for a lot less.

I only ordered one knee brace but was charged for 5 i immediately complained but they refused saying it was dispatched

Scammers. I am so sorry that I did not read reviews beforehand. Whilst ordering I realised there was no capacity to cancel the order. I tried but found that by leaving the site they charged me £92.75 when I only wanted 1 item at around £14. This company thinks
they are untouchable. I tried cancelling again but the next e mail I got said the items that they say I ordered were shipped. I e mailed again advising to cancel. I am now in a battle to return the items if they are shipped, to return them immediately and get my money back. Please do something to stop this company’s business practices which basically trap and trick the customer into ordering items they haven’t ordered.Eamon Quinn

I ordered one Brace as advertised an approximate price of 17.95 they sent 2 separate order confirmations totalling just under £100 I immediately e-mailed them and cancelled the entire order. But alas they ignored this and subsequently sent the 8 Patches and charged me the full amount . They refuse to acknowledge their mistake . I have sent numerous e-mails requesting a full refund which they refuse and they are now trying to charge me shipping fees to send back to the USA I am so angry and I’m still trying to get my money back I just don’t know what else to do !!!!!

In quest to help my sister and advertised on Fox News website, I placed an order for ONE brace. They added two more and patches. PayPal showed automatic payments which I cancelled. They do not answer phone and email say’s probably too late to cancel. Had only placed it a few minutes earlier. Filed complaint with PayPal and stopped payment at bank. This is a true scam and I’m usually smarter than this. DO NOT Order from them.

Scammers!! Stolen 3 additional amounts of money from my debit card now totally £70 for a £14 order.
Address is US But shipped from China taking 10 days! Not covered by Food and drugs administration. Totally misleading. No customer service, just holding emails full of nonsense! Patch has caused skin irritation. Will fight my bank and PayPal for refund as there are enough warnings on their site to have stopped them trading!

Not even one star their website is utterly rubbish. I ordered one pair and they charged good £165 then send so many.
It’s kind of depressing because what I’m going to do with so many.
And top of that they can’t even full fill the purpose and utterly useless.
Now I think all knee related website and supplement website are Frud and never work. Just money making business.

Poor quality knee braces, flimsy velcro fastenings, they move from your knee. I ordered 1 but somehow got 7.I asked if I could cancel 6 & just keep 1, I was told to share them with my friends.They must think I live in a nursing home.people AVOID Wellnee there a joke.

Completely dodgy website (lots of flashing offers etc) name almost the same as another company, this is where I slipped up, and when you purchase 1 item they bill you for 3 or 5 and also subscribe you to future payments 🙈🙈🙈 luckily I rang my bank and PayPal to stop further payments going out but unfortunately PayPal couldn’t refund me yet what this scam company has already taken from my account and not sure they even will! So many complaints about the WELLNEE DK on a PAYPAL forum too, why are we not being warned!! I did email the company immediately to cancel but just received an AI reply saying the order had already been processed, really????And no point sending the items back if I ever actually receive them as I believe it’s a very expensive process and apparently they will say they never received them back!! I could rant all day about these CON ARTISTS 🤬🤬🤬 I have now formally complained to the FTC and am awaiting a reply and HOPEFULLY a refund!!! I URGE anyone who has had the same experience to complain also as these scammers will just keep on conning people!!!!

The product is good. BUY it ONLY in a brick and mortar store. The online sales checkout process, is purposely designed to repeat all the same experiences as described.
I threatened and pursued complaints to FTC, and other consumer protection agencies. I got a full refund in less than two weeks. Wellnee asked me to change my review. I modified it but I told them I would keep checking the TP reviews and other sites to see if they changed their tactics.
THEY DIDN'T! therefore I'm going to continue to warn as many as possible on every media source and word of mouth to my friends. I encourage you to do the same.!!

Like so many others, I thought I was ordering one knee brace, but my order ended up with five (plus a herbal knee patch). I kept (I thought) saying "no" to "add-ons" but, at the end, there was NO summary order page, with a price, so when I clicked on "purchase" thinking I was getting one at $25, my order ended up being $100. I immediately emailed them to cancel the additional items, and the emailed prompt actually asked whether it was within 12 hours of the order (it was within 10 minutes). The reply email said "too late" as the order had already been sent. The product itself may be decent, but this is a scam, scam, scam in terms of the ordering process

If I could give a minus I would! Scammers is what this company is. I did not complete a order then had a email to say I didn’t complete my order tried to stop with bank needed a authorisation code to cancel asked company no response then they took money from my account even though I did not place an order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
