I ordered a box. Left it so many days as advised. Then told delivered. Never received told to deal with logistics company got nowhere and refund refused so £25 outta pocket

This company is a fraud !be warned don’t trust them .I have just read other reviews wish I’d done this first

Do not trust or order from this company! The are not to be trusted and they are money hungry and deceitful from the start! As soon as I saw the advert it seemed ligit, a safe product,natural and reasonably priced! Not to be!
As soon as I placed the order it did not say it was in USA dollars and as soon as it went through the account it was a $120 more than what I expected! Within 30 minutes after I ordered I tried to cancel! No response until 24 hours claiming too late to cancel!
My husband has Acute Osteoarthritis in his knees due to chemotherapy and the first day he wore one patch on one knee his tongue and lip tuned blue and felt unwell! Off to the Drs we went and was told stop using the wellnee product and now we are off to the cardiologist to get tests done on his heart!
I asked for a refund immediately after a negative experience and I was given the run around for over a month! Only initially offered 30% refund then I complained then was offered 50% if I returned product at my expense!
They did not want to budge it was against their policy to offer no more than 50% refund! What a bunch of greedy and dishonest bunch they are as they offer a 100% refund on goods if not satisfactory! What a joke! Do not believe their marketing tactics it’s not true! There are copy cat sights but under different names! DO NOT ORDER from this company! They will lie to you in every response! They do not care they only care about us getting your money! Nothing else!

Sent me the wrong order, added a 40 pack when I only ordered a 10 pack. Charged my card and i tried to cancel the order the same day. It still arrived after I have sent several emails with no answer back. Scammers, with terrible customer service.

Scammers. Do not touch. Looked at the website then they added more items to the order. I stopped looking at the website, they took 80.55 out of my credit card and it is impossible to get a reply or refund from them.

Tryed to cancel. Told the order was processed. Tried to phone no phone number. Send a text. Got a reply saying the order was already send out. and was told it possible to hit the button accidentally
but no offer of a refund. I only just started using the wellnee patch to day can’t say if the actual work. But the company are definitely scammers.

Had initially wrote a review in relation to my bad experience whilst ordering. A week after asking for refund, my monies was lodged into my account. So not all bad

This has happened to me too. I sent for 1 pack and ended up with 5. I tried one and had a very painful rash on my knee, but no relief to the arthritic pain. I got in touch and received a reply that I could get a 30% refund on one part of the order and 20% on the add on part. I contacted PayPal but I had to carry on contacting the seller myself. I was told I could return them to the U.S but I would have to pay the postage. This was more than the patches cost, so I decided on the refund. Got the 30% one but not the 20% one, and now the case is closed.

Avoid dealing with this company which uses confusing & unethical sales techniques on their website by adding extra unwanted products onto your order by default even if you did not want or select them. I ended up being billed for EUR75.81 instead of EUR14.90 and used Paypal, but they want me to deal directly with the seller rather than cancelling the order immediately. Fingers crossed.

Never received the goods. They advised that the goods have been delivered and I should deal with the logistics company.
And from there none of them is responding to my emails.

In keeping with all the other reviews please avoid this unethical company.
I submitted my order with 1 item in my basket at £13.75 so was surprised to see an additional 4 boxes I did not request had been added to my order.
Checking my PayPal account I saw a reoccurring payment had been set up without any indication this would be the case.
Absolutely no help from customer service, suspect it is AI automated responses to my emails.
Dishonest and unethical, stay well clear.

Regardless of how this company operates the patches do actually work although the burning sensation can be initially disturbing. The severe knee pain I suffer is definitely alleviated by wearing the patches!

From here on, I will take it as a huge red flag when a company has no phone number for customers to call. My transaction posted twice since their confirmation went to spam and I later refreshed the page. When I made an attempt to correct the error, I realized that there was no one there to rectify the matter. Their cancel order button does nothing. Still waiting for an answer.

Nothing to add except they are the most unethical bunch of back and fronts I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Luckily I paid through Pay Pal, so I'm able to cancel any future payments they try to take, after the second, unbidden order arrives, which will be going straight into the bin as they don't even work and even if they did, I wouldn't use them on prinicipal.

Did absolutely nothing for the pain . But did cause itching and burning around the edges of the patch. Want my money back!!!

After I got suckered to order one box and getting charged for 6, even after trying to cancel, I found Trustpilot and read innumerable negative reviews on this company, Wellnee, and I think they need to be shut down for their unethical, if not illegal business practices. I can't do anything now, but thank you Trustpilot for introducing me to your service!

STAY AWAY!
I was caught out just like everyone else. You try to order one pack at special offer £11 and then you get scammed into ordering more products only to be told by the awful customer service department the goods have already been dispatched and your order cannot be changed or cancelled
I used PayPal to buy this and then noticed that not only have they added items I didn’t want (my order went to £50.51) THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO MAKE THIS A RECURRING PAYMENT/ DIRRCT DEBIT - so they can take more funds as they wish in future. Check your account and cancel this if it’s happened to you as well.

After several emails and refund requests
I was eventually offered 40% refund if I kept the product
which does not take into account for the delivery which they keep outside the refund offer.

It's the same as I've been reading. Many are confused by the ordering method which lures you into additional purchases if your not careful which I fell victim too. Ordered 1 box wound up paying for 5 and the real insult is they only shipped 3 boxes to me and not the 5 I paid for. Endless emails with incompetent customer service representatives.
The funny thing is the product really works! They must have a contract with a third party who is more interested in the quick grap, then actually beneficial results that help individuals that have a need for a little freedom.
In closing I hope you folks that read these reviews don't lose hope because of terrible management. Let's be hopeful it changes. For me once you take my money and that's it you must complete the order to the letter without tricks

I attempted to make a purchase from wellnee for heat patches at the price of $39 I was charged $60 instead and did not receive any email about my order

Really disappointed with the ordering system. Ordered 1 pack, thought I had accepted just one pack but unfortunately a further 4 packs were ordered with my only way of knowing was a PayPal receipt as it took me through an automatic purchase process. Requested a refund only to be told a few days later that the order was on its way and so could not be stopped!
