The plan works, but it works slowwwwwwwly. It's not a one-and-done plan, but something you can live with. The app gives enough endorphin promoting feedback to keep motivation up, and for those who lik... See more

I believe the Weight Watchers program is sensible and healthy. I trust it; therefore, I have been a member, off and on, for the past few decades. I am also a lifetime member, but not at my goal weight right now. My only complaint is that we no longer have a dedicated building for workshops like in the past. We currently are holding workshops in churches which makes me uncomfortable. The seating is no longer “roundtable” style and I feel very disconnected from the other members as I usually only see the backs of their heads when they speak. I also feel disconnected from the workshop discussions as I am now on a GLP-1 and do not feel like I can open up about that nor troubleshoot problems I’ve experienced using this medication. But I still very much appreciate the app, and tracking helps me a lot. I will also try to utilize the virtual workshops more often. I still believe Weight Watchers has one of the best weight management programs for real life.

App is unreliable. Frustrating . Have to log in multiple times. Chat feature not helpful.

I don't do well with changes to a program that is working great for me. This last update and meds, meds, meds emails has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have gained back 12 pounds and am very disgusted with it. I am at the borderline of quitting the program. Not very happy at all.

I really like the ranges included in the macro and nutrient log. It’s genius. Also, the additional mode settings vacation, lose or all-in. And the activity level setting.
I’m so happy I received your questionnaire email. After completing and writing it was my fault. I decided to look to see if the program had changed. Boy it surely did.
I feel confident that I’m in better position to lose weight.
Thank you.

I love the virtual workshops that I attend and the coaches that facilitate them, but I believe 30 minutes is too short sometimes in order to cover the weekly technique and then help members with questions, problems, and/or struggles. The app is great for those who handle technology but there are many older members who are having issues with all the updates that have been happening. I also believe WW needs to bring back the computer version especially for older members who may have difficulty reading the information on the app. I still believe WW is doing a great job but there is room for improvements. I have heard many members want to see calcium added to the macros, the word Experience honestly needs to be changed back to workshops, experience doesn't tell the user of the app what this is. Another update I would like to see is regarding recording the weight. I have been on the program for over 2 years and have not been to an in-person workshop. I would like to see a section for in-person weigh ins to keep separate from your home weigh ins, since there is a difference from your home scale and I would believe the scale at the in-person workshop. Upcoming technique topics should be posted on the app or communicated clearly in an email to the members each week. The charms should be mailed to members since not everyone goes or has an in-person workshop available to them. I know I don't have any of the physical charms and I was told from calling the 800 number that I have to attend an in-person workshop. Members need tangible recognition regardless of if they attend an in-person or not. How about offering WW t-shirts, hat, sweatshirts, something for sale so for those of us who want too proudly say I did it with WW, this would be a great marketing technique for the company.

I love the app overall. I have one concern about the Weight part of the App. It doesn’t show the weight from the week before so I can’t tell if I’ve lost weight or not. It also doesn’t show my starting weight to see how far I’ve come. These are concerns to me. I hope you can address them.

Tried to connect for my dilation meeting and was having issues and now I’m being charged! I did finally get in and she is gone and I have no way of connecting with her.
This is very frustrating and then to be charged!

I like that they provide a great selection of both virtual and in person meetings. I also like the special focused topics that are available in virtual meetings.

Over the years I feel that the program has become more flexible. It encourages progress not perfection but also the importance of following the program. Although tracking has become kind of a groaning, eye rolling, do I have to word, it is essential. I LOVE that the program is backed by SCIENCE (WHAAT???)! My education was science based so I have a strong connection to and love of science.
The workshops are critical and the Coach such an important part of my journey. I have attended Workshops in other states but LOVE my current Coach, the ladies who weigh us in (cannot remember their official title) and my fellow members. Many have become dear friends and ongoing supporters of my journey.

Numerous reasons why I love WW, but above all is the support of coaches and med plus team, and weekly topics of virtual meetings!
