A great deal but unfortunately our…

A great deal but unfortunately our flights were changed and so we couldn’t go on the planned trip.
However, communication was fantastic and so was the customer service. No quibble money back straight away.
I would book again with this company

Covid caused cancellation of City Break to Vienna. Very timely, friendly, helpful support

We booked a City Break to Vienna. Unfortunately flights from the UK to Austria were cancelled due to Covid. Notified very promptly about the enforced cancellation of our holiday. A few days later a Coupon was provided by email for the value of the deposit, valid for three years. Staff at Head Office in Germany have been very helpful throughout. Travel restrictions since lifted. Plenty of time to utilise the value of the Coupon.

Easy to use app with amazing rate!

Easy to use app and got an amazing price for my trip. However, it would have been nice to have the name of the airline in my email confirmation.

Very positive Customer Support through the booking and cancellation process.

After booking my trip I received constant updates and information with any further details I required during this unpredictable Covid-19 period.
Due to travel restrictions I was informed my trip had been cancelled and I was given very clear options in regards to how I would be refunded.
I requested a full refund over the voucher and that was organised straight away.
From my initial email I received very professional and supportive responses and my refund was sorted within the space of a few hours.
I highly recommend their services and I look forward to booking my next holiday through this company.

I would like to leave a booking review…

I would like to leave a booking review at this stage as not due to travel until February 2021.
I found the booking process very easy and straight forward. I received my confirmation email straight away and all the details were correct.
I’m excited about my City break and will be back to write a review once I have returned.

Ok not great

Flight was great. Unfortunately due to looting my hotel was closed so had to waste two hours while customer service found me a new hotel. Claimed it was a 5 star hotel their was no way. Maybe a 2 star

Please read

I don't like writing reviews but I think this company deserves a shout out. They were sooooo helpful, very polite and professional. They answered ALL of my questions and fulfilled all my requests. I've taken about 4-5 trips using them and they've been nothing short of amazing.

I recently booked a holiday with you…

I recently booked a holiday with you guys on Monday 13th of July, I was looking online at my hotel that I was booked for and it is saying it is temporary shut !!! How can you let me book a holiday when a hotel is shut! I have emailed you several time and called you and haven’t had any response !
