Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service
They were unable to fulfill my package holiday to Bodrum on 30th April. Despite many emails to them weekend.com have still not refunded my money. Shame on you. I need the cash desperately. Avoid dealing with this shocking company!

My Daughter booked a holiday

My Daughter booked a holiday, for just the two of us before I get married in July. First the outbound flight Got cancelled, then on the 18th July all our holiday got cancelled. I know because of the COVID-19 weekend. Com will be bizzy, but since MayI asked them if our holiday gets cancelled I would like a cash refund. On the 18th July they sent my daughter a voucher number, I have emailed a number of times also phoned, left messages asking for a cash refund. No one has got back in touch with us even after leaving a number of answering messages, I’m very upset because weekend. Com was recommended to us from a friend.

excellent

I booked with Weekend .com to travel to Sicily for a 4 night break on April 27th.
Due to the current covid-19 outbreak my wife and I was unable to do so.
Weekend.com refunded my payments without any problem whatsoever.
I am very grateful to them for their excellent service, and hopefully will re book with them again when the current situation is over.

Very impressed with the service from…

Very impressed with the service from weekend.com. We had our trip cancelled due to the coronavirus and they have been very efficient in keeping in touch and have been in contact with us to keep us updated with the situation. First class service

I have never booked with Weekend.com before and I was sceptical to go with them over the usual more well known travel providers. I booked with a friend to go to Madrid via weekend.com which has unfortunately been cancelled due to COVID19. Weekend.com have demonstrated such a fast and friendly service during this time. I cannot fault them, they have been so helpful and informative as well as replying to emails way quicker than expected with everything that is going on. Special thanks to Lilla in the customer support team who has dealt with all my queries effectively and efficiently. Will certainly rebook with them when travel is allowed!

Weekend.coms website has disappeared…

Weekend.coms website has disappeared after they gave me a voucher for a cancelled trip. Had the company gone under? My trip was over two weeks ago and they only told me on the day it was cancelled and now I cannot contact them or book another trip. So misleading

Fabulous speed and courteous service. Well done weekend.com

Sadly due to FCO advice our trip booked with weekend.com to travel 26th March was cancelled. We were informed prior to this by email and refunded in full before our travel date. In these crazy times this was fantastic service.
We have also been impressed with the speed and service of reply to our queries subsequent to our refund.
When we can travel again we shall have no hesitation in using and wholeheartedly recommending, weekend.com.
Well done to all the staff and their processes in place. It's a breath of fresh air to receive such service.

Fabulous friendly service.

I am really impressed with Weekend.com. Every trip I’ve arranged with them has been great value and excellent service. And now during covid19 their service has been even better. I’ve had two trips cancelled so far and each time they have reimbursed me quickly and fuss free. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Fabulous friendly service.

Budapest city break.
Although our trip had to be cancelled because of Covid-19, the service we received from Weekend throughout was first class. They dealt with our request for a refund promptly and did not push us to take vouchers in lieu.

Trip cancelled - great service and prompt comms

Just been notified that my trip mid June is unfortunately (though understandably) cancelled.

Lilla has swiftly organised my refund (should be in my account in 8-12 days I’m told)

I will definitely book with weekend.com again in the future - this wasn’t my first trip and I’ve been very satisfied with my previous flights/hotels etc.

I wish weekend.com teams the very best and hope this business makes its way through this tough time and comes back stronger than ever.

Reliable and good value.

Trip booked with weekend.com cancelled because of Covid-19 but the company was pretty good at keeping me informed and under the circumstances refunded me with minimal delay. Would not hesitate to book with them in future.

I had a very fast polite sympathetic answer to my email and a offer of refund, which was my request, with no bother atall. Which is a far Better response than we are getting from other companies. This would encourage me to use Weedend again, thank you.
