I booked a holiday pre pandemic and as it was cancelled was given a voucher for full amount which was for 3 years which I was happy with as was hoping to use it in 2021 unfortunately we decided we probably wouldn’t be using it this year so emailed and asked for a refund within 3 days had received my full refund I was extremely happy with service and no nonsense with emailing back and forth would definitely book with them again and can highly recommend

It was a good experience overall

It was a good experience overall. Easy to search and book.
BAD THINNGS were:
1. I bought a package for 4 people but seat where distributed all over the plane in both flights (departure and arrival) I ended up paying extra to have seats together.
2. Hotel was booked for the day we arrive. Our flight arrive at 7 am on saturday and, since the hotel reservation was for that day and the check-in was scheduled for 4pm I had to pay an extra day.

For basic economy, airlines usually provide assigned seats during check-in with specific seats at an extra cost. Unfortunately, most hotels charge a fee for an early check-in, too, which seems to have been the case here. We still hope you had a good time away, and hope you would book with us again.

JUST NO GOOD AT ALL!!

Just not good at all. Better to book from the airlines than use 3-4 party site. It’s a mess. I booked my tickets 4 weeks in advance only for my destination to be hit with a tropical storm possible hurricane on the weekend of my flight. I called weekend.com 6 days in advance and told them of the issue and asked could I rebook my flight to a different day a few weekend out. They told me “Yes and I would pay the difference in cost” I have been receiving the run around, playing the waiting game with the reps. It’s now the day before my flight and the destination is issuing evacuation & shelter in place notice due to the upcoming storms. I’m sure the airlines will cancel the flights for the weekend but no guarantee to receive a change of date or refund. Weekend.com doesn't offer ticket insurance when booking so you are not protected when such things happen. $800 possibly lost and Customer service no help. They kept saying they would give me new flight times so I can reschedule (never received).They keep saying they would call me back( never received). They told me they would make an emergency call since the deadline is almost due( never received). This site is a JOKE!!
UPDATE: I never received that expedited call to reschedule my flight from weekend.com. I still dont know what solution they put in this reply . However, I was issued flight credit with the airlines. Unfortunately! I have to go back through Weekend.com to use it.TEARS!

Least expensive way to travel!

What an amazing “weekend” during the week. Wife and I spent 2 fabulous nights and almost 3 full days in New Orleans for $518!! Hotel was a block away from Bourbon Street, and a short 10 minute walk to Harrah’s Casino. Yeah, I did pay for some upgrades after booking, but it was money well spent, and something I probably wouldn’t have done had I paid more for the trip through someone else. I highly recommend using Weekend.com for your next “getaway”. You’ll save money, so you can do more at your destination.

More than I expected!

Our four day travel experience to Orlando Florida has come to an end. All I can say is... Wow! Weekend.com, without knowing what to expect our trip exceeded our expectations. Embassy Suites Hotel on International Drive - service during these unparalleled times was superb. A lot of family activities and restaurants in this area. They all practice social distance. Highly recommended. You won’t be bored for sure. Thank you for the extra care when needed and helping to make it worth the experience❣️

Awesome! But needs modifications

But all in all once they figure and fix that issue I would definitely use this app again.
I’m happy with my find and purchase even though it wasn’t my initial destination I wanted to go to originally..

Refused to refund accidental booking

I accidentally made a booking and closed the browser as I saw the ‘contacting hotel’ & ‘contacting bank’ page. I was charged for the holiday and so I contacted customer services and they have refused to cancel the booking without a 30% fee. Seemed to be a great site but terrible customer service. Not sure I would use this company during these uncertain times.
