I visited wed2b in Leeds for the first time after seeing some dresses i like online. I was slightly worried because my wedding is only 5 short months away and this was the first store i visited. I had no plans of buying a dress because I can be very picky and wasn’t sure I would find the one. Gaby was amazing and so so helpful, she was so warm and friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised and ended up finding the dress i absolutely adored and went home with it the same day. Requires minor alterations as it is slightly too big but they have sent me some recommendations for seamstresses around Leeds. A wonderful experience overall.

From start to finish Aimee was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to what I was after and pulled out some amazing options - she showed us how the dresses could all be adapted and was clear about the whole process. I ended up going with the Positano dress which is just stunning and I can’t thank the team enough for making such a big decision so easy and fun! Such a lovely team!

They only had one shorter length dress to show me, however, I then felt rushed out of the shop after being shown a small section of longer gowns still on the rail, mainly off the shoulder dresses. I explained I wanted a dress with sleeves. Disappointed.

From the minute I arrived i has Tina's full attention. We spoke and she got a feel of what I was looking from a dress and im delighted to say that on my 2nd dress I said yes the the dress.. I could not fault anything about my experience Tina was top class

Absolutely loved my appointment at Wed2b Liverpool.
I was genuinely treated like a princess. The staff made me feel comfortable and gave really genuine feedback on some of the choices.

Had the best experience at Wed2B London Central. I said yes to a dress on my second visit - and it was the dress I had originally loved. Fantastic location and lovely staff. A massive shoutout to Leora who helped me find the dress.

Kirsty was incredibly helpful and personable on my wedding dress journey. She listened attentively to my feedback on each dress I tried when I identified the features of the dress which were important to me. This resulted in me finding my perfect wedding dress! She was not pushy regarding a sale either. The only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is that I felt some of the decor ie stains on carpets etc and the bathroom area seemed a little unkempt for which affected my overall experience. I feel that if these were attended to then this would make a big difference to the experience! Staff were lovely!

Popped in to look for dresses today amazing service, Lauren selected perfect dresses from a chat with me and found the perfect dress. So lovely all the staff and excellent service.

I had the most amazing experience on Saturday finding my wedding dress at Wed2B (Nottingham), and I truly couldn’t recommend them enough.
Chloe, my assigned coordinator, was absolutely amazing—her service was second to none. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable, taking the time to really understand what I was looking for...even though I was very open minded and willing to try them all. Right at the start, she reassured me by saying, “we will find your dress today”—and she was absolutely right, because we did just that. She was so informative and guided me through the whole process with such ease and professionalism, which made everything feel stress-free and exciting.
What made the experience even more special was how she engaged with my group of girls. She made them feel like such an important part of the day, which meant so much to me. The rest of the team were just as lovely—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly empowering.
I honestly couldn’t thank Chloe enough for making such a special moment even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel confident, supported, and truly celebrated, this is it.

Olivia made my experience and if I could give her more stars then I would. Olivia was very professional, friendly, patient, honest and in general a down to earth lovely lady. Olivia made me feel very comfortable, Kelly also was amazing and listened to exactly what I was looking for and all the ladies made me feel special about my self and I walked out with my dream dress! Thank you so much Olivia and Kelly you have both made me one happy bride to be. I had amazing experience with Tricia & Paula, nothing was too much trouble and they really helped me in getting my beautiful wedding dress that day! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress!

The lady who assisted me in finding my dream dress was so friendly and helpful. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she picked out something that I thought I wouldn't like and it was perfect. She was brilliant at her job, very professional however also was able to have a laugh and put me at ease all the way through the appointment. Highly recommended. She really knew what to add to the dresses to make them shine. Always taking in my opinions on the dress to then go find one even more suitable. All the dresses were beautiful too.

I would just like to thank Michele in customer service,I rang up this morning to ask about a fur cape and she was so helpful and when I got to the showrooms Negar and Alex were so helpful they had it ready and all. Thank you for great customer service From Teresa Donohoe.

Visited twice with a couple of weeks in between and the manager not only remembered me but also the dress etc - great customer service from all the staff .
Only criticism would be some of the fitting areas look tired .
Will definitely recommend !

Such a wonderful experience! First place I went and left with my dress! Very attentive and helpful and you don’t feel rush or pressured to get anything if you don’t want to. There’s space for all your loved ones and little ones too. 100% recommend (also if you are in a budget)

I had a great experience choosing my wedding dress at wed2b Newquay. Karen was very welcoming from the moment we walked in and helped my daughter choose her bridesmaid dress. Marni listened to everything I said I wanted my wedding dress to be like and chose some great options for me to try, one of which was the dress I chose. She helped to add accessories to match the dress and I can’t wait to put it all together on my big day! Thank you!

Thank you for such a great experience, everyone was so lovely and Denise really looked after me. I didn't really know what kind of dress I was looking for but Denise brought a few option for me to try and by the end of my visit I had found my dream dress. The whole experience was very relaxed and i never felt rushed or pressured.
