I went to Wed2B Glasgow yesterday with absolutely no intention of buying a dress! I just wanted to get an idea of what styles suited me as I honestly had no idea where to start. I gave Jessie absolutely zero direction and somehow she managed to pick out *the one* as the second dress she chose for me to try on! 🥰

The dress fitted like an absolute glove and, apart from adding a bustle, doesn’t need a single alteration. I tried on a few more afterwards, but nothing even came close to that second dress. We then had a little look at veils and I ended up finding the perfect one of those too!

Jessie was fantastic throughout and made the whole experience feel so easy and relaxed. Natalie, who checked us out, was equally lovely, taking some pictures of us with the "I said yes" sign and seeming genuinely excited to see pictures of me wearing the dress.

Thank you so much for making the whole experience so special and effortless. I went in with no intention of buying and came out with my wedding dress and veil! Safe to say I've had to cancel all my other bridal appointments! ❤️

I had such an amazing experience in Wed2b with Megan. She took so much time to ask about what I wanted from a dress and how I wanted to feel on my wedding day and picked out a dress that ticked every box for me. She really helped to make the experience so special!

This was my first day trying on dresses and Adriana was my consultant. It wasn’t a long appointment because she nailed it on the first dress! I felt comfortable and listened to and was given time to walk around in my dress. She gave her advice and opinion but also respectful throughout. I left with my dream dress and stress free! Thank you adriana

The customer service was fantastic. I got my bridesmaids dresses and shop assistant explained everything perfectly. Would definitely recommend web2be to friends if they are getting married

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2be🤍 My bridal consultants, Georgia and Adriana, were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience so special from start to finish. They were both so helpful, friendly and patient, making me feel comfortable and helping me find the dress of my dreams. I’m so happy to say I said YES to my wedding dress! 🥹👰🏼‍♀️ Thank you both for making such a special moment even more memorable. I couldn’t recommend them enough! 💍🤍

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by beautiful Maria. From get go I felt so comfortable and relaxed with Maria, she was very professional and is fantastic at her job. I explained and showed Maria my visions and ideas. Every single dress Maria chose for me i loved and with a very hard decision I said yes to the dress. I can’t thank Maria enough for making a ‘stressful time’ the most amazing experience. I hopefully won’t be back a second time in the future but I would 100% go back to see Maria if so. Xx

An amazing stress free experience

Lauren from the glasgow store was absolutely amazing in helping me find my dream dress. During the duration of the appointment I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. Would highly recommend a visit to here.

Megan at the Glasgow store was just lovely I had five friends with me and they all couldn't praise her enough. I had browsed the website before hand and had a list of dresses I thought I'd like turns out not all the dresses you see online are actually in the store. I still managed to try on 3 and left with a dress not even on my list ! Thanks to Megan.

Excellent time was had at the Glasgow store today. I found my dress and so did my 2 bridesmaids. Had a lovely relaxed time. Customer service was first class.

Shocking. My partner (the bride) paid extra for her bridesmaids dresses to be there by a certain date and as she doesn't keep well I had taken time off work to collect them for her on this date.
The dresses weren't ready for collection on this date and when they were, my partner had to collect them herself as I was working. Bear in mind she has to walk with a stick and as she struggled to get in the front door while 3 members of staff stood and watched her. She was then handed the dresses and was told to carry 3 bridesmaid dresses with 2 arms back to her car that was parked round the corner. Bear in mind she had a walking stick in one hand and not one member of staff offered to help her out to the car.

By doing this they made her feel embarrassed about her disability as she struggled out to the car herself.
She was also expected to pay £15 per dress for dress covers even after paying extra for the dresses to be ready to collect when they weren't.
Putting a real dampener on a day that should have been an exciting part of the processes.

Everything went great from the minute I walked through the door.
All the staff were very helpful.
I had a staff member called Karla looking after me, she asked me questions about my likes & dislikes on dresses & knew what I wanted, I couldn't have asked anymore from Carla, she was just so accommodating and nothing was a bother too her.

The staff were brilliant, very honest and listened to me which I felt was extremely important. I tried on 5 dresses in total and the 5th ticked all my boxes. I was very happy with my experience here.

Jessie was amazing from start to finish and suggested the most perfect dresses to try on and helped me find my dream dress! 10/10 experience!!

10/10 service from all the lassies! First dress I put on we all knew it was the one! The lassies was so loving and made me feel so calm and welcome 🫶🏼

I felt the experience was awful. I was there for bridesmaid dresses and we were shown to changing rooms, rails with dresses and told to get on with. Most of the dresses looked dirty and unkempt. We did order them , paid extra for speedy delivery. When I picked them up they given them to me on cardboard hangers with a clear plastic bag over them, like the ones from a dry cleaners, no proper hangers , no protective dress carrier. The dresses themselves were badly creased and when I questioned this I was told to go and steam them. We went to the have them taken up as they were too long when trying them on in the shop. One of the dresses I received is actually too short, but with the timescale they have would not get a replacement in time. Disappointed and upset does not come close.

Megan was great. So kind and so helpful. Would highly recommend her. Very patient from start to finish.

I came to the Glasgow store on Saturday with my mum, my maid of honour and one of my bridesmaids. We were looked after by Georgia and she made the entire experience fantastic. We loved the vibe and had a great time. We did go to another wedding dress shop after and didn't like the vibe at all so we went back to see Georgia again and I said yes to the dress! Thank you Georgia <3

I attended my first bridal dress appointment today, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so relaxed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire appointment. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, understood my style, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience so special, and thanks to her support and guidance, I found the one and was able to say yes to the dress! I’m so grateful for everything she did to make such an important moment so memorable.
