I was liaising with Anoop whom I found very supportive & informative

They initially quote you a high price to get you to send your phone in and once it’s sent they downgrade your phone claiming it arrived in that condition and give you little to no profit. Better off selling it elsewhere or privately on ebay. Disgraceful service i’d never use it again

I was disappointed with my recent experience of this company.

The condition categories are, in my opinion, misleading. What they describe as “Good” seems to actually mean a phone has to be in excellent or near-perfect condition. We sent in three phones that we genuinely believed met the “Good” criteria, but each one was downgraded after inspection.

A few years ago, we used the same company with phones in very similar condition, and none of them were downgraded. I can only think that either the criteria has changed or the evaluation has become more stringent.

What’s particularly frustrating is that if you don’t accept the revised offer, you have to pay £10.75 per phone to have your devices returned. That puts customers in a difficult position and makes it feel like you have little choice but to accept the lower valuation.

We accepted the reduced offer this time, but we won’t be using this service again, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience. The only positive I can say is that they paid quickly once we accepted the offer.

Get you in with a mega price. You send your phone away and then they completely rinse you. They’ll say your phone is faulty when it clearly isn’t to justify their actions. Scammers.

I sent my phone that was in excellent condition (I have photographic evidence of the condition of my phone before I sent it) for them to say the price was to be dropped. That phone had a screen protector and burga phone case on the entire time I had it. And was cleaned regularly. It was in excellent condition.

Disgusting company who lie about the phone condition to drop the price. Sell privately or go elsewhere. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely awful company. Halved their offer from £620 and since I have refused that they aren't answering my emails or calls and still haven't sent the phone back. I will be going through the small claim court by the looks of it.

Surprise surprise…… another massive con. Tell you you get a million quid then offer you 2 pence with no clear way to have your item returned. Avoid at all costs !
